Flirt Custom Lash Studio

I have had eyelash extensions for years but wanted to find a place closer to home, with better hours and for a good price. I came across Flirt Custom Lash Studio in Queen West and they exceeded my expectations! Such a beautiful loft space in a great building in the middle of Queen West. Customer service was exceptional, the price point is the best in the city and the hours are meant for those of us that have regular day time jobs. I booked my relash before I left… this is my new forever lash studio

First off, I want to say that I really wanted to like this place. I love the space and that was about it. I was there early and was a little confused when I got there because it was just one room and the lash artist was with a client and they didn’t have a reception area. So I didn’t know if they had another room or what. Anyways I didn’t want to disturb her and she didn’t say anything until I asked if I was in the right place. So I waited and when it was my time, she told me to lie down on the bed. I noticed she didn’t tidy up from her previous appointment. She didn’t change the covering for the head rest which was lined with paper towels or something. I don’t even know if the implements she was using were clean. I didn’t see her clean them or get new ones, because by this time she had taped my eyes. The process itself was uncomfortable. The lash artist had a heavy hand and I could feel the tweezers resting /​poking on the skin (on my lash line). Her other hand was resting on my eyeball. I didn’t say anything because if she’s uncomfortable then it might affect the end product. I got a huge headache mid way thru my appointment and couldn’t wait to get out of there. I didn’t really look at the lashes that I got until I got home. And it was borderline OK. It didn’t have the wow factor. I didn’t love them. I was really disappointed. They look like they were about 1.5 weeks old. They were not voluminous. Despite what I wrote I don’t even know the lash artist’s name.

FCL is amazing — I just got my lashes done at the Toronto location and they are BEAUTIFUL! The lash stylist was friendly and professional, the space was clean and gorgeously designed — and customer service was spectacular. I’ve recommended Flirt to my friends and I can’t wait to go back.

First off, I have to say from the first time I got my extensions I was hooked! No more mascara? I couldn’t pass that up.
Flirt custom lash Toronto is in the cutest building on Richmond street. A very cozy environment and paddy the lash God knows just how to make you feel comfy and relaxed while talking about shoes.
I Am hooked, if you don’t have extensions your really missing out. Also the price you can’t pass up

Sommer has a touch, like no other.
(and i’m not just sayin’ that!)
I was delighted at how quickly and efficiently she applied each and every little eye lash to my squinty little eyes.
She had completed a full set of individual eye lashes in under 2 hours — that also includes the part where my eyes wouldn’t stay closed (that’s more of a me issue!)
Plus, our time together flew by, as she’s awesome to just chat with.
She’s also got the patience & skill of a ninja.
She impressed me beyond belief, with her explanation of keeping all of her supplies and work area immaculate.
This is a big deal for me, as a contact lens wearer, I’m fully aware of the risks of contamination (& the high risk for eye infections) especially when dealing with something like eye lashes.
I had warned her, that past eyelash experiences had been less-​than-​perfect (getting glue and whatnot in my eyes, causing them to water like a mofo) but with her, I didn’t experience any of this.
These are definitely in the category of ‘above and beyond’ girl maintenance, but it makes such a huge difference for us low maintenance girls who dread putting on make up. Having these lashes make me look awake and put together.
