I originally intended to write a review for Moore’s about how awful they were but I’d rather write about how great my experience at Freemans was. Mark was the guy helping us and he was utmost professional. He knew exactly what we wanted before we even asked for it, He was very patient with us to try on almost every variety of jacket/waistcoat/bow tie etc. Perhaps we got lucky, but we had a fantastic experience. It’s early days, but if everything goes as well as the fitting then this is the place to go to.

The worst service ever!
It was a disaster right from the beginning.
They ordered the wrong jacket so I had to wait 3 hours for them to send a new one from their head office and the groom had to pay for the cab. Both side clips broke on my pants so I had to hold my pants up the whole night as they were falling. My friends shoes came apart, he couldn’t dance cause the heel came off. Worst place ever!
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
$ 189.99 plus tax for crap!

I like the look of their stuff, but the service was terrible. It took forever for no reason, at least 3 times as long because staff weren’t doing anything, and they did not move the process forward.

The pocket squares are highway robbery!
We were here weeks ago, my bf had to get a tux for a wedding. On the plus side you can get a tux really quickly. (Some guy came in on Wednesday night and was able to get a tux ready for pick up on Friday). That’s pretty speedy by my standards.
The pants are funny, weird and adjustable. They have these weird adjustable tabs so I guess you need suspenders.
Anyways, most men look good in tuxes, the nice thing about a rental, is that you don’t have to worry about this thing taking up space in your closet!

Rent from here a few times per year. Very good at turning around a quick rental and the fitting has always been good (other rental spots have done a terrible job of fitting).
They have a few high-end lines with most of the options being reasonably priced. Staff is friendly, hours and location are convenient.
Will continue to back unless I decide to buy one this year.

What ever you do, avoid this place at all costs. The constant mistakes with the Groom’s Men and Groom tuxedos almost ruined a wedding I recently attended. They took no accountability for their mistakes and constantly tried to cover up as though nothing happened. This is not the first time I have had issues with this store but this time, I feel the need to have to let everyone know. trust me… it’s not worth the hassle!
