Gap

My brother makes fun of me so hard for shopping here all the time, he says it’s «white people clothing» — but if white people know how to do sizing, comfort, and quality right, then I’m all for their clothing.
All the items I have ever bought here have been comfy, durable, and wearable. Gap isn’t fashion forward or trendy, but it’s perfect for basics. They also have really nice underwear and sleepwear (on the bottom floor).
They recently switched up the location of the men’s and women’s sections which I don’t appreciate. I like my shopping to be as uncomplicated, quick, and straightforward as possible. The move doesn’t really make my shopping experience better, just threw me for a bit of a loop.

I like this store. I can easily avoid the sections I don’t want to visit. Get what I need and get out. The staff are always friendly, which is pretty standard for Gap, but still appreciated.
The store has never been overly busy when I’ve gone. This is a nice change to the ones in the malls which are always swarming with people.

I mean, I’m not a huge fan of Gap in the first place, but with all the different types of black trousers they have, and my need for dress pants, I thought it might be a good match.
My in and out visit turned into an hour ordeal as they were having a 40% off the whole store.
Yes, even though there was lineups for the cash and fitting rooms, I was mighty impressed with the girl managing the dressing room in a quick and efficient manner — even running around the store helping customers get different sizes and styles.
Especially me, when I got a size 6 and needed a size 4 then and a size 2.
I don’t understand why usually I am a 6 but in GAP, I am a 2. STRANGE!
Even with piles and piles of clothes to put back, she had help, but she was super helpful at the same time. Usually you see folks just being so frustrated that they wouldn’t even try.
The cash on all 3 levels were busy, but seemed to have less people on the bottom floor. Again, they were quick and efficient, and I wasn’t angry waiting in line.
