Ines Di Santo

Although I did not ultimately get my dress at Ines di Santo, I had a phenomenal experience here. My consultant, Melissa, was patient, professional, and helpful, and not once was she ever pushy. I visited twice to try on a number of gowns, and Melissa helped me with ways I could modify gowns to suit my preferences in terms of style, cut and fabric colour. Melissa even ordered a runway sample in for me so I could try on a dress I liked in a smaller size. The dresses are high-​end and are priced accordingly, but they are certainly good bang for your buck, especially compared to some other brands and considering your gown is made custom to you. A beautiful range of styles and first for many tastes. I also was helped by Catherine before I came in, who suggested I email in names of gowns that interested me so they could pull them in advance and make sure they were in store. I do wish I could have fallen in love with a dress here, because I received exceptional service — and I have been to many, many bridal boutiques. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience at Ines Di Santo today. Came in with three of my girls looking for a bridal gown. Every single dress at this store is so unique and different from anything you will see elsewhere. They are works of art! The store is small but spacious and very nicely set up. I tried on about 6 gowns in my 1 hour appointment. We were actually lucky enough to meet Ines herself as she happened to be in the store! Word of caution, the dresses are quite pricey as they only use the most quality fabrics and everything is made by hand in Toronto. The quality and love put into the gowns really shows! We had a wonderful consultant, Vesna who had a great eye and was really helpful. All in all a fantastic day!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Ines Di Santo! Her dresses are gorgeous and the customer service is fabulous! Her daughter Veronica has a store in Woodbridge, and has more than just Ines Di Santo designs. For upscale, beautiful bridal gowns, this is THE place to go!
