Terrible place. I found holes in several pieces of clothing and prices are too high for the clothing in this store. Run by a young girl with very loud annoying voice who gabs on the phone instead of helping customers. Store was closed on several days when they were supposed to be open. They open when they feel like it and don’t take into consideration that people take their valuable time to travel there-only for it to be closed. Frustrating, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Don’t waste your time on this hole.

We planned an outing here that was an hour out of our way but heard good things. We arrived at the time the website listed as open on a Saturday but they were closed. We waited a bit and grabbed some food until the sign on their door hours said they would be open: 11:00am. When we were done eating at noon, they were still closed. A phone call to the shop also went unanswered. Severely disappointed in Labels Exchange. When you say you’re going to be open, be open. We’ll head back to the states and have not good things to say.

I’d give a negative if I could. Having just went on a shopping excursion on Queen Street to a few of the awesome but kinda pricey consignment shops we wanted to see what else was out there. After online research we located Labels Exchange. It had some good feedback so we thought we would give it a try. We trekked an hour each way(walking, subway, plus more walking). THEIR website states they are open Sat-Sun 10am-6pm. We got there at 9:50am and goofed around at the market around the corner until 10:15am. The sign on the window said it opened 11am-6pm… So we went across the street to Steve’s and meandered with brunch until nearly noon. Guess what wasn’t open yet? Not the supermarket or Steve’s… Yep, the store that said it was open on their website at 10am, with a sign on the storefront that said it opened at 11am but amazingly wasn’t even open at noon. You should know you likely missed a sale of $ 1000 between three proclaimed shopaholics… I spent $ 500+ alone at the boutiques on Queen Street. But I guess you get what you pay for.
