Maple Carpet Care

We just bought our first house and knew we wanted a carpet runner on the stairs but had no idea how to start. We found Maple through other positive reviews and I’m so glad we did! Haneef was super helpful, really nice, and the whole thing was very fast. I emailed him during the holidays and even though he was out of the country he still responded the next day and set up a date to quote the next week. He asked us approximately what we were looking for and was very accommodating of our budget and design ideas — in the end we got exactly the carpet we wanted and he installed it the next week! The whole installation was over in about an hour and they cleaned up afterwards and made sure we were satisfied with the results.

Just finished getting a carpet runner installed on my stairs by Maple. The experience was great from end to end.
Found them at random (I think their Unilocal add got my attention) and called the number. Haneef who is in charge called me back within a few minutes and accommodated my work schedule to set up a free visit to quote on the work.
Once in my house he looked at the wallpaper, flooring and colour scheme and went back to his vehicle to bring some carpet samples that matched our décor. I much preferred this than having to go through the hundreds of options, Haneef has experience and taste and it was easier to choose from a small sample set than from a giant book.
When he quoted the price I was happy, it was fair so I didn’t negotiate. They promised 14 day turn around and within 5 days the carpet was fabricated and they called to schedule a Saturday morning install.
The installers arrived on schedule, got to work quickly, and were done in an hour and a half. The stairs look great and the workmanship was excellent. I am a stickler for details and they really did a good job. The guys doing the work were polite and professional, and they cleaned up before taking off.
I’m pretty happy. I love it when this sort of thing is easy and it was. Thanks Maple and Haneef, if I have another carpet need or set of stairs I will get in touch again.
