I LOVE this store, I just can’t afford it all the time. It has been by the Ranleigh exit of the Yonge/Lawrence subways station forever. They have no shortage of $ 100-$ 200/meter fabrics. They are the best you can buy. I consider their top quality of fabric to be investments that you will wear for decades, so put it in perspective. I absolutely think their products are worth what you pay for that great quality. They are down to earth and not snobby. They seem to be the only place in Toronto that offers quality European fabrics that speak fluent English. They do not pressure you for a sale; they let you peruse and contemplate as you need. You can’t help but feel inspired when you are there. Their windows are always en trend. Fabrics are stunning and have a ridiculous amount of prints. Everything is laid out nicely and things are easy to find. The staff know their stuff and are lovely, fun ladies! They have lots of hidden drawers with additional embellishments and sewing supplies, so don’t be afraid to ask. If you buy fabric, they can recommend excellent tailors. If you tell them the look you are trying to achieve, they can tell you what types of fabrics to use(draping, stiff, sheer, breathable, warm). I have not noticed that they sell any patterns, there. I think they primarily work with designers and customers who use professional tailors who make their own. With lead time, they can get you what you need.
