Metro Dry Cleaners

I took my wedding gown to get dry cleaned because it was stained by mud during our outdoor ceremony. They said they would give me a call once it was ready. Almost a month later, I called and apparently my dress had arrived 2 weeks ago, but they had never notified me. I went to go pick it up today and noticed that many beads were missing from my dress. The man said that the beads likely fell off when they ran my dress through the machine. I expected more from a dry cleaners that claims it cleans wedding dresses. I assumed that they would treat the dress delicately and did not expect the dress to come back damaged! My dress didn’t even have very intricate bead work. In addition to that, they were not even able to remove the mud stains from the dress. Needless to say I was upset and spoke with the man who worked there. He said the best they could do was 10% off which wasn’t much considering the dress cost $ 150 to dry clean. I felt that I had wasted money and should have gone to a more reputable cleaners instead. I will not be going back to Metro Cleaners after they damaged the most important item of clothing of one of the most important events of my life.
