Mike is amazing. He was on time (early even) and efficient (installed my lights, wall mount /​tv, alcohol wall rack, fixed my front door even on his way out). Pretty much anything you need help with Mike can do! His rates are extremely reasonable as well. I highly recommend him.

Mike is seriously the nicest dude ever. Yesterday was the last day of the month and today is Canada Day, so I knew it would be tough finding someone to help me uninstall my water ionizer at 4pm on June 30th. My original guy had bailed on me, so I called about 17 handymen in sheer desperation and Mike was the only one who called back.
He was over within the hour and did the quickest, most efficient and yet professional job. I know he really went out of his way to help because he was hanging out with a friend and then had a dinner party to throw later that night… But he said he heard the panic in my voice– which he certainly did– I had to be out of the house by midnight!
Anyway, I will DEFINITELY be calling Mike again… you should too– he is the BEST!

Mike is a total people person. I called several contractors and companies before Mike. No one bothers to return my call or they would give me ridiculous quotes without looking.
When you are looking for someone to help and you don’t know the quality of work. Internet is the only way to find out. Lucklily Unilocal didn’t lie this time
Mike came to my apartment, accessed the damage and explained to me what he would be doing. He gave me options and the second day he came and fixed without any delay.
I am lucky he would agree to help and the work is perfectly done. Immediately i refer him to real estate friends. I am surre his schedule will be filled even quickier and become super busy.
Thanks Mike. Your shoes are totally unforgettable

I am a single female and just moved and downsized to downtown Toronto. Thank God I found Mike. He instantly became one of my best friends. The nicest, friendliest, honest person I have met in a long time. He can do anything. He is really quick but also a perfectionist. I have recommended him to everybody I know.
