Difficult to critique their work as they never returned my call. In mid-​April I contacted The Handyman Connection (Scarborough) regarding tiling a landing, stairs and a bathroom. Once contacted, the gentleman who took the call asked me a few questions and advised me that the next call I receive will be from the contractor to set up an appointment. That was in mid April and the calendar has now flipped to May and still no call. Obviously, this raises a red flag. If they can’t follow up the promise of a phone call how can I trust them if work was to commence. I guess the job wasn’t big enough for The Handyman. Disappointed considering all the flyers I receive from them.

Yvonne did an amazing job on our backsplash in the kitchen. It looks perfect, she was always on time or early, and on budget. Kitchen was cleaner than before she started. I’d recommend Yvonne to anyone.
