Ive been coming here for a few years now. I dont think its the absolute best/top nail salon in terms of how long their nail polish lasts… shellac always chips fast on my hands but it could be because I actually cook and and clean on a regular basis! Shellac on my feet lasts for months so the quality is very good. I can say it is very reasonably priced(15 manicure and 20 for pedicure) and the owner Selene is veryyyy friendly cheerful and talkative(her daughter is Monica) I get good company while getting a manicure and pedicure! The best employee is Hannah, I always request her for a manicure! I find her to know what shes doing more than others. There is a tv so I am always entertained. She has a frequent regular flow of clients so taking an appt. Is better than walking in. She is usually able to take you on time.

I usually go to Monica to do my eyebrows and I love her work, I’m usually in that area so she’s my go too lady, she takes time to make them perfect. I got a manicure and pedicure there once. meh wasn’t too crazy about it, maybe because I had the other girl do it and not Monica herself.

I came here with my sister, she got a pedicure and I got a manicure. We both did Shellac, and I am writing this review 12 days later, and I have 4 nails with minor chips at the tip. I have never gotten shellac before, but was told they would last 2 weeks without chipping. Ambiance: It is a clean place, with fluorescent lights and yellow walls. Staff: The staff is friendly and can answer all your questions Pricing: Pricing is fair, and it is all posted on the wall except for the Shellac pricing. I prefer to see prices listed somewhere so that I know that’s the price that all customers are paying. I payed $ 33 after tax for my manicure which included cleaning, polish, french and shellac. A normal manicure with just cleaning and polish is $ 15 which isn’t too bad. Overall, the pricing is decent, the location is close to where I was staying at the time that I got them done, and Monica herself is very nice. However, I am a full-time student, and I spend a lot of time at the gym — that pretty much sums up my life for now: P. My lifestyle isn’t rough by any standards so I am a little disappointed that the manicure didn’t stay perfect for the full two weeks. I would probably go back again and get a regular manicure from Monica’s for sure! Update: I have been back twice and I have a more favorable view of this place. The staff is very nice and know their stuff. My shellac manicures have lasted with no chipping.
