Ridiculous, horrible there are not enough words to express how angry I am with this company I got a dealfind deal and tried to book my appointment through their online system, it cancelled itself several times. I tried calling just to get a message to use their online system, I left several messages, I sent many emails to 2 email addresses that was theirs. With no luck I called some more finally at some point I got a female that says she was not authorized to make bookings?! (then why really answer the phone just leave it to the message system.) when I told her my problem she just answered «yeah our online system is not working properly» Now this is getting really stressful due to the fact is is about 2 weeks now that I have been trying to book I told her I wanted to speak to a manger, which then I was told he won’t get back to me until 4 days?! really?! guess what I am on day 4 and still no word. Now I am trying to get a refund from dealfind with no luck either so looking like I just lost money! so angry about this!
