Sutton location. Not 24 access. Parking lot and yard glare ice in winter. When in office heard other co workers from a differnt location (video chat each other) mocking and making rude comments about other customers. Seems to be all high class workers, worst storage place around. Didn’t get a locker there, I went to the storage area in Pefferlaw and I’d give them a 5 star rating. Beware… Stay Away from the sutton location.

This company is sneaky and unethical. Take head customers! I know customers who were lured into a deal, like free monthly storage, and then locked out when managment ask for retroactive payment of the free months. Managements rational; we only offer one deal so need to collect on the free months or you, customer, pay at a rate above contract. Take head customers and dont beleive what your read!
