This place is run by children. Lack luster unprofessional staff. The manager Mai should be making my sandwich not running a facility.
Horrible experience — will not be storing ANYTHING there again.

Prices are reasonable from a few that I shopped from. They had the better promotion too, of course these promotion rotates year round.
The main building is where the office is. They have a secondary building beside that is warmer because it was a cheap conversion from an old age home to stroage.
Out of the a few, i find their service seem more professional about of the bunch. Zoom zoom also has good service, but I needed storage midtown.
