Nahid’s Spa

I popped in here a couple of days ago, because I was desperate to have my paws pampered. I haven’t had a mani/​pedi in a couple of months (GASP!!!) I was guided here by a friend who has her nails done regularly by Bonnie, and they always look great.
I parked on the street and was able to get a walk-​in appointment for a mani/​pedi. I was actually tag-​teamed and was able to have both services at the same time (bonus for me, I’m usually in a rush). While Jessica (who is from Japan, and spent the session teaching me about Japanese and discussing the tsunami — which happened right in her village) pampered my toes, Bonnie perfected my fingers with a beautiful Shellac French Manicure. (And she’s goooood — it’s hard to find a nail tech who can do my french mani just the way I like it.)
Both of the ladies were excellent, personable, and professional. The facility itself isn’t anything special (not overly fancy or anything), you can tell that things are clean, and they know what they’re doing. The prices were very reasonable considering they are right in Yorkville.
I will definitely make this my go-​to nail salon from now on.
