Just to update on my procedure with fillers done a year ago. My ugly extra bags under my eyes are still there. I have been told its going to disappear after one year. The year is up!!!
The doctor YeKatarina ignoring what I wanted, I have ended up having injected fillers right into my cheeks (I never needed!) It just created extra bags under my eyes. It still show exactly when the procedure was done. The skin is very soft, discoloured (reddish) and it looks like some liquid is in those bags, terrible.
Be careful so it wouldn’t happen to you, when the doc said you have some hollow in your cheeks = run. I have trusted and got burn.

It’s been two (2) months and I am still angry and unhappy what happened to me. I went for the Juvederm to fill a wrinkle between eyebrows and for a little lift of my cheeks, to be injected on upper sides (as they do in some clinics). We examined and discussed, it was very clear what I would like to have done.
Then the doctor proceeded. In the middle of the procedure, the doctor Yekatarina (Katarina) decided (through a translator), that I have some holes (really ??) in my cheeks and injected the Juvederm right into the middle in apples of my cheeks, which I never needed and requested!
Why she didn’t say anything, when the examination was done.
This created extra ugly, horrible welts (bumps under the skin filled with the liquid) sticking on my face and deepen bags under my eyes. It suppose to go away, but how long is going to take (I been told 1 year and I could hardly wait).
All this enhanced beauty procedure should look very naturally, right? I’m very disappointed.
The facility is very nice and friendly. The director is very pleasant and reliable, trying to satisfied all customers, but unfortunaly the doctor is doing, as she pleases, not what customer wants.
I would NOT RECOMMENDED this doctor. Until they find another responsible doctor, then I’ll come.

I am not one to do reviews, but I feel very strongly about reviewing Queens Quay Medical Spa. I honestly cannot praise this medical rejuvenation clinic enough. I am a 48 year old woman who was looking rather «tired». I’m not ready to go under the knife, but I definitely needed some tweaking. I had Fractional Laser resurfacing, Meso Therapy, Botox and a derma filler in my lips done at Queens Quay. Everyone is commenting on how amazing I look (at least ten to fifteen years younger) and wanting to know what I had done to look so good as they know I hadn’t done any surgery. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The doctor was amazing — she really knows how to make one look amazing without looking overdone and having to undergo the knife. The derma filler in my lips look so natural (I was apprehensive as I have heard so many horror stories about how women have ended up with lumps and bumps), and the Fractional Laser Resurfacing was pain free — thanks to a topical anesthetic. The Meso therapy was to help the healing process and that alone is like a face lift in a bottle. If I was ever unsure about anything during the Fractional recovery, they always made the time to see me and make me feel comfortable. The final step in the process was Botox and the doctor actually talked me into NOT putting it in certain places as it would be of no benefit. I highly recommend Queens Quay Medispa if you’re looking to take years off your face/​body without surgery

I have been to Q Q med spa a few times now for my Botox treatments (for those nasty frown lines!) The ladies who work there are super nice and professional. The doctor gives great advice on what technique should be used for your concerns. I also had my lips injected on my first visit which looked very natural. She also managed to get rid of my ‘gummy’ smile by injecting the muscles around my mouth!
I am going back next month to have my cheeks injected to help lift my slightly sagging skin, and I wouldn’t trust my face (something u can’t hide!) to someone I didn’t have total confidence in.
Also I never feel rushed and you are encouraged to return for a follow up to check progress and satisfaction.

I wanted to thank Queens Quay Medical Spa, and Irena for the service, and what you did for my wife while she was in Toronto. She and I are very pleased with the way her Cheeks and lips look today. I actually did not think this would work for her, but to my pleasant surprise what a difference Unbelievable I LOVE IT!!! You are very good at what you do and I just wanted to give you an excellent review for the work that you did for my Wife
