Rest Nest was a great experience. Beautiful studio, with built in showers and friendly help. Floating was quiet, and you could tell that the machines were virtually brand new and easy to use. It was a worthwhile experience and I am definitely going back!

As it was my first ever float I don’t have much to compare to, but there wouldn’t be anything I would change. Great location and warmly facilitated to put you in a relaxed state of mind before and after your float. Top of the line equipment and the owner is a great guy. Worth every penny and I will be a more frequent customer.

Really enjoyed my experience at the Rest Nest. The owner is a really genuine, down to earth dude and is committed to making sure you get the most out of your float. The float tanks are new and well maintained, and unlike many of the float spas in the GTA this one is NOT near any subway lines that would hinder the experience. Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.
