Horrible service! As a franchise I expect some consistency and understanding of fast food etiquette, however who ever is managing this place has never heard the words Customer Service nor efficient service. EVER. Customer Service at a Subway shouldn’t be and it isn’t difficult to achieve but apparently it was for these reps. The two girls in charge seemed to have some difficulty finding an efficient mechanism in order to handle two orders. Both of them barely paid attention to the orders being placed and continuously spoke another language… worse than being at an Asian Nails Salon. The level of noise for a place was confusing: only two customers(me and my partner) and the two reps… you can figure out that most of the noise was coming from the reps… unacceptable behaviour for any food place in my opinion. Apart from the horrible service, the place is clean and is good for take out and no beware it may take a bit for the order to be ready under five minute.
