We came here to order a USB cable for our Samsung phone. Unfortunately this wasn’t an item that they kept in stock so one of the guys who was filling in from another store a few days before Christmas ordered some for us. We came back last week and it turns out he didn’t do anything at all. I spoke with one of the African girls working there she was polite and helpful despite not being able to help us. To make up for this she swapped out their own cable for us. This was very nice of her as it saved us time having to go to Samsung and order it there and she really didn’t have to give us theirs. Very satisfied.
