As good as it gets. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a few hours of proper, old school barbering. I cannot recommend this fine establishment enough. Top tier pampering without the frou-frou bells and whistles. Go ahead… Spoil yourself, you deserve it! Ask for Chloe or Frank!

My current fav. spot for a haircut in the downtown core. Fantastic service with lot’s of extras that make every visit a treat. I generally don’t make an appointment — I take my chances as a drop in and got seated 3 out of my last 4 visits. One time I had to come back in the afternoon by appointment. I liked all my haircuts here even though they were done by three different barbers. Staff are fast and efficient and provide lots of extras like a straight blade shave around the neck, hair wash and massage. Quality and experience make the cut worth $ 40 plus tip. Barbers are good at determining if your the type of guy who wants to chat during a cut or just sit and relax. I fall in the later category and appreciate skipping all the small talk. Highly recommended — a classy barber shop. BK

Great place. Wonderful service. The shoulder massage after the cut is a really nice touch. Ask for Chloe — very friendly and gives an excellent cut.

This place has been nothing but class each and every time i’ve been in. The treatment you receive here is second to none and the barber’s here certainly know how to give you the cut you want. The head & neck massage coupled with the straight blade shave really leaves you feeling like a king. One of best and true barber shops i’ve been to.

Do you like it rough? Because that’s the way you’ll get it at this place. Not saying that’s a bad thing… towards the end I liked it but at first I almost thought I’d have to use my safety word(it’s «pincushion») Anyway, I walked in and got seated right away. With tax, a cut is nearly 40 bucks so that made me a little miffed up front because that’s two haircuts including tip in NYC. Anyway, when the guy was using the clippers on me, it felt like I was being attacked by Wolverine. I’ve never been hurt by clippers before but when I said«ouch» and started crying he eased up. If it had just been the haircut, I would say«boo» to this place. But then he shampooed my head and was really rubbing my head and it felt good. I didn’t mind it rough at that part. I got a straight razor neck shave and then he did the massage with the vibrating thingy on my head, neck and back and after that, I was sold. It’s still pricey, but worth it.
