TTC- 61 Avenue Rd North Bus

Oh Route 61, I raise my fist to you in anger for you are the bane of my Public Transit taking existence.
You can consistently be counted on to never conform to the bus stop schedule.
According to
you run every 20 minutes, but technically speaking since you’re never on time anyway waiting 30 – 40 minutes for service is not uncommon, especially the Southbound route during the evening hours
Yes the majority of your ridership is either Filipino nannies with their trademark second hand Holt’s bags stuffed balikbayan style with diapers and three days worth of food rations, or spoilt kids/​teens who think wearing uggs with trailing dirty track pants hems is cool, all this makes my trip that much more «ENJOYABLE»???
If it came down to walking or waiting for the route 61 bus, I’d much rather walk… but damn me and my high heels…
