Always incredibly clean at Molly’s. Very friendly place as well and reasonable prices. Tried one of the strawberry/kiwi tarts and a coconut pie and they were awesome as well!

I have been eating ice cream here since I was a little girl. Canadian ice cream is the best, 1000% better than in the states. Love this place. Always will.

I went to the café twice in one weekend for breakfast. The four kinds of homemade bread were amazing and the home fries were to die for. I will be back my next trip to Canada! To all the staff, keep up the great work.

Ahhhh Molly. Will you marry me and feed me sugary frozen treats until death do us part? I have great memories associated with this ice cream shop. In one sense there is nothing special about it except it has a huge seating area and enough ice cream to house a family of Penguins. Assuming penguins would want to live in ice cream. Or maybe that’s just me. Anyway, in another sense, it’s a great spot to jet out too, close enough to Truro that you could go there often, but far enough away that you feel like you’re sneaking off for a summer treat. I love the oversized Adirondack chairs out front and always insist on eating my ice cream there to watch people and enjoy the sun. Molly’s is my summer guilty pleasure. Meet you there sometime?

If you’re on a road-trip or just happen to be in the Truro area, be sure to stop at Molly’s Dairy Bar. The overly-large sized dairy bar offers a huge assortment of ice cream treats(including waffle cones, sundaes and milkshakes) at unbeatable prices. The old-fashioned looking ice cream bar has been operating at its location for decades, and is very well known in its area.
