The only reason I shop here is ’cause they have my brand of PMS tea, however, the lady at the til more or less acts like she needs the tea herself. She tries way too hard with me to be friendly and when I ask her a question I feel as though she is slightly condescending with her answer. There is another lady who works there who is super friendly, however, only see here there sometimes as I shop at the same time. Prices are very reasonable which is another reason why I come back in spite of the customer service.

This place is very convenient, right by the skytrain station when I get off and just pop in and grab what I need and I’m off. Its also handy to get to during lunch or coffee breaks. The lady that is always working there is also really cheerful, and makes me feel good about shopping there.

I like how this chain excourages people to bring back the empties to get $ 1 off your purchase. They appear to be helpful but the one lady with blondish brown hair is quite chatty and you’ll be lucky to complete a sentence with her.
It’s very small store but I seem to find what I need each time.

I shop at the Alive Health Centre in Royal City Centre often and figured that since I work right at Bentall Centre I might as well stop here instead. I needed more Omega 3, can never have enough of those fish oils you know!
I would have given this place 5 stars but it’s just too small for all the stuff they pack in there. I was able to get my refill of Omega 3 (and the bigger bottle was on sale) and some new multi vitamins. I or course already know about the $ 1 off if you bring in your old bottles but they were so nice in there that they gave me $ 2 off. Now I know it’s not a lot but still it’s an extra $ 1.
I will definitely be back here for my vitamin needs.

Alive Health Centre carries what you would expect from a natural foods and health products store and is conveniently located in from the rain in the Bentall Centre Mall. I came here to have a look at natural psoriasis treatments and the ladies working the store were helpful and friendly in their assistance. Bonus: free samples of certain products! Free is good! Appreciation day is the 1st Tuesday of every month, with 15% off all products and if you bring back your empty vitamin bottles you can receive up to 1 dollar off your next purchase. Economical and healthy!
