Seriously, PISS ME OF. Apex said they can help me receive parcel and put it into the my storage for me, so i go with apex services. HOWEVER, the staff one day told me that they cant server all client like this, they don’t have that much time! If they can’t keep the promise please don’t promise it! very ridiculous, just trying to close a deal!

DO NOT USE APEX SELF STORAGE! People working there are incompetent. I was overseas for couple months and when I got back, I paid for all the fees and including late fees for the whole month. They failed to tell me that the storage will be available for the whole month (so I have time to clear out my things) but they did NOT tell me that the storage will only be available til Feb. 17th! I would’ve cleared out everything if they have told me! And now they are charging me a lot (with LATE fees).and they even failed me to let me know that I was past due!
I hate giving out 1 star reviews, but the «manager» Charity Loo is a complete joke!

Highly recommend this place! Stored some books and furniture here for many (too many) years. The facility was always spotless and well-​maintained. The front office staff were helpful and pleasant. When i finally moved my stuff out of the locker, Apex mistakenly charged my credit card for an additional month. One quick email corrected the mistake with an additional refund.

2011-​12 Update:
This company was purchased by Sentinal. All new employees & new management. This is unfortunate because the old employees were very caring & competent individuals. We hope that the new management and customer service will compare with the old one.

The big guy did a lot of research before choosing Apex in South Vancouver for our storage needs. He did well. This is a very clean, very secure and pleasant facility with helpful and patient staff. (three cheers for our new little sister Charity!) who we’ve since «adopted» :-)
They even have satellite radio so you can take little singing and dancing breaks in between pulling your hair out deciding which items to place where. There are a lot of choices of spaces and sizes to choose from here. Only downside is the location if you live in the city. Also there is a new location in Richmond
