I wanted to like this company. 6 days ago my mom and I booked a locker. When our movers showed up today with a 75 foot tractor trailer, they wanted us to confirm with our storage people that when they arrived there to unload, they would have enough room to park. When it discovered that there would not be enough room, I needed to cancel and find another storage facility. Though it was no fault of my own, they refused to refund my $ 100 deposit. I asked them if they were able to find someone else to rent the locker would they be able to refund my deposit? –they still refused. So I never got to use the locker but they have my $ 100 –even though I gave more than a weeks notice. I was disappointed that they were not able to be more understanding.
