Excellent! Big Joy only recently opened, in May 2015 I think. I was recommended to Shaun by a friend, and I am super happy with the result. I went for a fairly big change, going from shoulder length hair to a much shorter, chin length style, and it is perfect. I showed him a couple of photos of what I was looking for, and we discussed different options to make sure we were both on the same page. He is super friendly, professional, and talented.
