I received a response and have pasted it below, if any of you are interested!
«If you checked the security tape and the hamper wasn’t seen unloaded from the truck. That might also mean it wasn’t loaded to the truck at the first place.
The movers said Some of your staffs were already been out by the parking area before even their arrival and also your partner was helping a bit too. So it is not like they were the only people who were working and take the whole responsibility.
Our suggestion is to double check by your old place. We hope you will find it some were.
