I’ve been buying my printer inks there for years, but, according to Canon, the last batch was responsible for plugging up the printer head. Unbelievably, I had to trash(recycle) my 18 month old printer because it’s not fixable and a new printer head costs much more than a new printer! Needless to say, I’ve bought a new printer that is not a Canon and that uses refillable inks. I took an unopened spare ink cartridge back to Cytoink for refund. The owner adamantly refused to refund it saying there was«no way» that his inks could be responsible for the problem. I don’t know which party to believe but I am disgusted by the business practices of both.
