I’ve been to a number of events catered or organized (and catered!) by Chef Laura and she always delivers whether it be a small back yard wedding or a big one Italian style. The food is excellent. No kidding her salmon is the best, done to perfection! She and her staff are friendly, professional and do the job right. I don’t hesitate to recommend her, she’s fun and all about family and people having a good time around food.

I recently attended a wedding that Chef Laura catered, and I thought she did an incredible job, especially considering the size of the party and the limitations of the venue. The wedding was at the WISE hall, which doesn’t even have a kitchen! However, the food was hot and delicious– the roast beef was perfectly cooked and the vegetables were amazing. Chef Laura worked really hard to make an enjoyable meal for my friend’s 100– plus guest list, while staying in the budget that was needed. I would definitely recommend her for any size event.

Chef Laura is amazing. I have hired or recommend her, and her great people a few times now and she never misses the mark. Weather it s a casual fun BBQ, a Pulled Pork and Mashed Potato Bar, top end appetizers, sit down dinners for 20 or a full blown wedding. Her food is always wonderful, fresh and carefully selected for the client and event. I especially love her signature chocolate covered, real gold dusted grapes… yes grapes! You will not believe how yummy they are. I recommend her for any event you are planning.
