I took my engagement ring in to have the diamond tightened.
I was told that they had to rebuild the prongs around it.
They quoted me around $ 100 to rebuild EIGHT prongs. When I went to pick it up they had only rebuilt FOUR because that was all that it needed.
Even though they only did half the work they STILL charged me over $ 100!
Pretty sure they are just rip off artists.
DO NOT go to this jeweller.
