Cons: NOT a 3 star hotel like Travelocity indicated. This place is very old and not the cleanest. The staff was very rude and not helpful. No breakfast. NOTE: Parking is $ 25 A NIGHT!!! I ended up paying $ 50 for my two nights, which was ridiculous! Pros: Large rooms, with full kitchen included Grocery store/mall on the lower floor Great view, with balcony Nice fitness center and pool Close to Stanley Park and downtown

Location Location Location! Heres a fairly solid 3 star hotel which is perfect if you plan on spending more time exploring Vancouver than hanging out in the hotel room. The Coast Hotel is not bad, its just not a ohh la la luxury hotel. But decent, clean and moderately price, allowing you to splurge a bit more. Walking distance to many good restaurants, markets and shops. The best part is its across from Stanley Park and close to Robson Street, which is Vancouver’s version of Rodeo Drive. We stayed for a few nights and the in room kitchen proved to be a good thing.

Coast Hotel is decent. The location is pretty good too — within walking distance of Robson St. and Stanley Park. Moderately priced and the Junior Suite I stayed in had a huge living room, dining room, and a full kitchen(although I do remember the ventilation system was weak) Ask for a room with a view of Stanley Park.
