I walked in to get some passport photos. I was out in literally 3 mins. The guy was so fast and efficient. He even offered me the passport forms. This is exactly what I expect from a photo place. $ 12 and 3 mins BAM!

Eric the Manager gives great service! This is a great little business as there are not too many places that offer the services that he does, and for the great price and turn around time. I went to have some photos scanned, and I needed them to be high-​quality. Within a few hours he had the job done and I was very satisfied with the quality of work produced. I will be back to use some of his other services.

Just okay. I don’t think I will come back. The staff was kind and the wait time was short but the result was not satisfactory.

I took photo for my passport in there. If you are not happy with the shot, they will take another one untill you feal happy and then they will print it for you.

I’ve been to this place a few times in the past four years. I always get consistent and fast results with peace of mind. The owner is very efficient and professional. As I have a problem «blinking» when he counts to 3, he’s also patient and accommodating to let me try «a few» more times and pick the photo I am comfortable with (he’s got a screen so I can see it).
I have tried in the past to go to other places closer to me but less specialized such as London Drugs. I find the service there is not consistent and depends who you get. It’s also generally more expensive.

32gb of data retrieved for $ 350 from a bent jump drive was a great deal. Eric and Bill gave great customer service too with accurate timelines. They even restored my data twice when the first attempt still had some corrupt and missing files. I’m definitely a happy customer.

In and out in under 10min with four professional photos for my Cdn passport and PAL renewal. A real pro, I showed him the size requirements for the 2^nd renewal and he knew right away what it was for. Dude even has shirts & ties for people who come unprepared but want to fake a «professional» looking photo!
The pricing was pretty good, less than the last time I paid for those types of photos, and he definitely knows his stuff.

A fast and professional place. They can do ANY size passport or document photos. I have dual citizenship and needed to renew my other one. They did the photos in 5mins to the exact specs. I recommend this place if you need non-​standard passport or other document photos taken. They will save your digital photo for 3 months and will give you a discount if you need to reorder.

Wow, this place is FAST. I needed some passport photos done and Mr. Thomas Yau, the owner/​photographer, had me out of the store within the promised 5 minutes, quality photos in hand.
Moreover, this guy knows his passport photos: he knows the exact type and size you need depending on your situation — Canadian passport, foreign passport, travel visa, etc. — and also knows how to take photos while avoiding glasses glare, allowing us spectacled-​folk to keep our glasses on (taking them off for ID photos is a weird pet-​peeve of mine, which many photographers in the past have forced me to do). He also won’t try to gouge you, and his services are rather quite reasonably priced.
