Good place to shop for cheap deals, though the ambience isn’t as nice as a Dream Carpet or those big giants in Surrey.
But it’s a convenient location on the fringe of DT.
Close to Starbucks.

I came in here with my mom last year to get some carpet samples as we had a basement flood and the carpet needed to be replaced. I went with the basic hard carpet as I had done years ago. Cost was cheap, customer service was okay. As for the installation that was covered by the insurance company, therefore, since it wasn’t my $$ I cannot make a direct comment on that. They did come on time at least.

Poor customer service.
The installers chose to lay the carpet opposite to what was recommended by our designers.
Some small aesthetic damage: paint on walls was scuffed and carpet glue on the floor. not a big deal, but these issues weren’t properly addressed by the business owner.
The floor wasn’t properly leveled prior to installation (as was previously discussed), so there are now dips in the floor.
Well, the price was good, but I couldn’t recommend this End of The Roll location to any of my friends because of their dismissive attitude.
