Excessively long wait times regardless of the number of people on till. You’ll be bothered by homeless people inside and outside. Other than that it’s a pretty standard Tim Hortons. Long wait times is what really gives it the 1 star rating.

I do Timmy runs for my coworkers and use this location. I am on a gluten-free diet, so I don’t get anything for myself but my team mates love the coffee and the pastries. The only pain in the butt about this store is the tight parking. You are located on the cusp of Chinatown, so I bet you have lots of Chinese customers. Tight parking area plus Chinese drivers equal lots of car dents, wall scrapes, bumper«owies» waiting to happen. Just today, I bought a box of donuts for the auto body staff who restored my car! They loved it!

What a great location if you’re nearby and not wanting to fight the traffic to their DT locations. Got its own parking lot, albeit a bit tight, but lots of side street parking in this industrial area. Just opened a few years ago, it’s one of the bigger ones. Sadly, with Vancouver’s archaic city bylaws, no drive thru available.

Tim Horton, why are you not in California? Every time I visit Canada, my wife and daughter makes sure I stop at a Tim Hortons. Since we were up here visiting again, we decided to stop at this Tim Horton. Service is okay here. They do their job. Their coffee is okay. But, what my wife and daughter really like are their Ice Capp and Frozen Lemonade. Their donuts are good enough that I cannot say no when I drop by this store. I always end up buying a couple of donuts along with one of their coffees. This Tim Hortons is A-OK. I’ll be back when I come up to Canada to visit my cousin. It’s a good thing that they are not in California, otherwise this Unilocaler would be 200 kg.

It’s unfortunate that Timmys service is so varied depending on the location. This is just a review for this specific Tims. I usually come here for my afternoon coffee as there is only Starbucks and Tims in this area. The good Well its Tims. You can get your double double and donut fix or even breakfast and lunch, whatever suits you. Needs improvement Service needs an uplift. The staff there just clearly do not want to work there. No genuine smiles or any hint of gratitude for the many regulars in the area. I’ve also had inconsistent coffees(though not very often) where the sugar and or milk ratios are off. In summary, if there were another Tims close by, I would be going there. Hope the service gets better.

I’m writing this on the assumption that everyone has been to Timmy Ho’s and knows what to expect. Tim bits, donuts, bagels, coffee and sandwiches. Occasionally, they will come out with a custom Canucks or NHL donut –kind of cool in my opinion. This location is located in an industrial area off of busy terminal Ave and mainly caters to the businesses in the area. There is limited street parking and a parking lot in the back. I wouldn’t come here on foot at night as it’s pretty dead. Par for the course

I saw a review that said, «How can you be Canadian and not like Tim Horton’s?» I’m not Canadian, but I really wanted to try(and like) this chain. Unfortunately, it was just a disappointment. I don’t know if maybe it had to do with coming in at 4:30 in the afternoon, or if it’s just not what I was expecting. It made me with that I opted for a poutine or something with maple syrup when I was in Vancouver. Either way, I got the doughnut holes(which the cashier kept asking me if I wanted Timbits — I didn’t know that’s what they were called. I saw doughnut holes) and they were just a disappointment. When I return, this is a place that I will not be returning to. How sad.

Hmm. My fruit explosion muffin could be renamed the fruit disaster muffin. It didn’t taste too good and I had high hopes for this place. If you’re visiting from the States, this place is definitely a few pegs down form Dunkin Donuts. Like maybe 5 pegs down. :(

There are better donut places in the city and when you have had the best, it’s hard to go back to Tim Horton’s. Once in a while I will come in here for a sugar craving and a cup of tea ’cause it’s cheap and easy. At all costs, I would rather spend a $ 1 or $ 2 more and get a gourmet donut.

When there is so much great coffee in Vancouver why would anyone subject themselves to this swill?

A Tim Hortons is a Tim Hortons? Not so much. I just wrote a review about the Tim Hortons at Main and Broadway, where everything is great. I have a different feeling about this Main and Terminal new location. Although excessively convenient for me(I work on Main street), a lineup of more than 4 people can take a long time to even get to the cashier. And waiting for your order is taking even longer. So I would wait and walk to work since I would have to wait 15 minutes for the buses, walking 10 seems a healthier option, no big deal. :) But for my usual XL French Vanilla coffee, everything bagel toasted with plain cream cheese, I often ended up with someone else’s «double double» or «hot chocolate» or onion whatever else bagel with garlic cream cheese. I mean, to me, breakfast is the most important meal not because of what it does to my body but for that comfort of eating something warm and tasty after having to wake up at 4:50am and get the sky train’s light in the face and people’s coughing around you and the other inconveniences of the early morning shifts. So why would I want to eat someone else’s order? I ordered a turkey bacon club(turkey, bacon, honey mustard) and ended up with BLT(bacon, mayo, yuk!!!). Now, do I have to open the sandwiches up to make sure I get the right thing? Grr! Let’s just say this is the last time I went. I might be back again, when I feel like eating anything.

A very welcome Timmy’s in a location where there’s little else to eat or drink! Deceptively small looking — there’s just enough seating for a lunchtime rush. The employees were friendly and efficient, though table clearing needs a little attention. No wifi, as per usual.

Stumbled upon this new location not too long ago driving around the neighbourhood. Brand new building, right from scratch, and a pretty unique location, Main and Terminal. It’s always nice to walk into a brand new place, and to me, it’s a smart move, as this area is dominated by ‘Starbucks’(one on Terminal with a drivethru, and one at the corner of Main and Terminal under the Skytrain!). They have parking on the street, they even have their own lot in the back. It’s an odd design, as you go in, the lineup that is generated is in the center of the place surrounded by tables and chairs on each side while you go get your order. This place is definitely convenient, especially when your leaving the downtown core! Just take note that it is pretty tough to turn left back onto Terminal Avenue, so watch out for the cars, and don’t spill your ‘double-double’.
