Friendly staff, good coffee, and great food. Some of the best sandwiches I’ve had in this City, and the prices aren’t too bad(I’d say a bit higher than average but you get quality food). I haven’t had their burgers yet, only sandwiches, but I would venture to assume they are also quite good. Recommended.

Found this place on Unilocal on the way to an appointment. It’s a dinner type place in an office building and serves a fantastic breakfast. Very friendly service, great coffee and perfectly cooked benni. Highly recommended.

Been here twice in two days. Best restaurant chicken soup I’ve had in a long time! Their burgers are massive and the fries are divine! Be prepared for a bit of a wait if the tables are full but at least it’s worth it!

The only negative about this place is the location. You pretty much have to drive there unless you work nearby and can walk. The restaurant itself is nice and spacious with a good atmosphere. It’s kind of like a diner but nicer and with way better food. The burgers are as good as advertised and service is usually fast and courteous. If I lived closer I’d eat there more often. It’s a mom and pop operation which is always nice to support. Definitely recommended.

I have to say this place does have really good burgers. Its a hidden gem. I ordered the PB Bacon Burger. The burger was really juicy. I did find the burger a bit small or maybe I am too hungry. It came with organic salad or fries. I chose the salad and the salad portion was quite big. The only issue with this place is that it closes at 6pm. As well it is located beside a gym. So while, I was eating I as constantly hearing thumping noises. Things started to shake a bit too but I don’t mind. I find it quite memorable though. The place is not busy during dinner time. Like I said its a hidden gem. Probably people don’t know about it yet.

Honestly! I’m a burger lover. This is not even close to the best burger in Vancouver. Bacon was cheap maple flavoured, beef was not that quality, taste was ok. It’s a good burger but not the best by a long shot.

Checked out this place for lunch as it’s on my commute on terminal. Totally exceeded expectations. They claim to have the best burgers in town and it could be true. I had chicken and mushroom burger and it was excellent. Very fresh, homemade taste. Will be back regularly.

Super tasty burgers and sandwiches, good drip coffee. I got the bacon-cream cheese-avocado-tomato sandwich, and it fulfilled all my sandwich dreams.

I’ve driven by the enormous«best burger in town» sign so many times and finally took the opportunity to try it out. There’s free parking out front but I had to circle a few times before I managed to find a spot, otherwise there is a paid lot to the side. Turns out the sign was not kidding. Burgers are fantastic. Thick, juicy, and with quality fixings and bun. I had the mushroom burger which ended up being a little messy as there was more liquid that came out, but that’s expected from mushrooms. Be sure to ask for extra napkins! The fries were fresh, could have done with a little more salt. Overall I think for the quality of burger the price is decent. You would pay the same rate at other restaurants for a lesser burger. Service was good. Servers were very friendly. I wish they had better hours so I would have more opportunities to go again! Definitely one of the top burgers in Vancouver.

The is no doubt that their burgers are solid — juicy ground meat patties. But their prices I think reflect the captive audience in the location as their competition is across a busy street or possibly random food carts down the block. $ 12 will get you a gourmet burger with interesting ingredients(but no fries/salad side) from(for example) Romer’s Burger Bar, so go elsewhere if you are looking for an interesting burger. That said, if you are trapped in the neighbourhood, then you at least will get a really decent burger for your money and only overpay maybe $ 1-$ 2. TIP: If you order any of the special burgers, immediately remove the pickles in your burger or they will dominate the flavour of the special fillings. Yes, even of the kimchi.

Awesome burgers! Real, juicy ground meat patties, around ¾″ thick — these are not your run of the mill cardboard burgers. The whole thing is an awesome mess; brioche type bun, crispy lettuce, sweet tomato, crispy red onion. The real deal. Lots of options — cheese, mushrooms, spicy sauce, even peanut butter. Vancity buzz agrees with this place when they say Best Burger in town, and now I do too! Craving a burger? This one will check all the boxes and fill you up! Their fries are awesome as well and all burgers come with fries or salad. $ 30 for two delicious and large burger platters(Bob’s; cheese, bacon, mushroom and one with just cheese) with fries and one pop. Casual, spotlessly clean diner style spot just across from Long & McQuaide on Terminal Avenue. Located on the ground floor of a low rise office/maybe residential building. Seating for 30 or so. Family run and cared for. We will be back to try their Korean Rice Bowl & Curry too, it all looks delicious! Service was delightful, conscientious and sweet.

I work a few blocks from To Dine For Eatery, so I finally got to try it for lunch on a Friday with one of my coworkers. The restaurant itself has a decent amount of tables for two or four people for dining in, but you can also order anything on the menu for take out. To Dine For Eatery offers a great selection of sandwiches and burgers, which are priced between $ 8.50−15. If you want to get french fries or a salad on the side with a sandwich, it will cost an extra $ 3. The food is a bit pricey, but it is fantastic, and much better than anything you’d get at McDonald’s or Tim Hortons. I opted to try the B.E.L.T, which was fantastic. I really enjoyed the bacon on the sandwich, it wasn’t soggy like the bacon you get on sandwiches at some other places. The fries are well seasoned, and they were nice and crispy. The service itself is okay. Our server was really nice and our water glasses were always full, but he did forget to give us our bill for a few minutes. We were still out in 40 minutes, but it did slow us down a bit. Overall, if you’re in the area, I recommend getting a sandwich or burger from To Dine For Eatery.

For lunch with the Study Crew, I ordered a «Holy Smoke’s» burger which came with a 6oz «smoked» patty, sausage, cheese, and the usual works inside with a side of fries. Combined with the fries, this is a pretty hefty meal. The vegetables were refreshing and didn’t taste old. The patty had some good grill lines and had a bit of a smoky taste(from a mysterious seasoning), and the sausages were real good(though there were only a few slices of them). The fries were crisp and fluffy on the side. Nothing on McDonald’s fries but some of McDonald’s foods don’t go bad for a long time which is unsettling for some people. All in all, I don’t think my life changed for the better but the burgers sure were tasty. A mixture of good size and crispy fries made this a satisfying meal. A fun note is that that also carry a burger called«Bob’s Burger».

We went here for lunch based on recommendations from a friend. I had the basic classic cheese burger with a salad. I must say that it was very filling and delicious. It was a little pricey for the type of restaurant, but the food and service was good. I would eat there again, if I was in the area.

I see the sign in the window every time I ride the Skytrain. «Best Burger in Town» it reads. So today, after visiting the Vancouver Flea Market, I was on foot, so I decided to try this place. I was tempted by the PB& Bacon Burger, but i wanted to see if the plain burger lived up to the claim. I decided on «Bob’s Burger». A 6oz homemade patty with cheese, bacon and mushrooms. Along with an ample serving of tomato and iceberg lettuce, topped off with a house sauce that had a little zing — all between a perfectly toasted bun. It was quite a handful. Boy, was this tasty! the hamburger was so juicy and the mushrooms and bacon didn’t disappear. I had the fries… the fries… you know, nothing beats house-cut fries. you can taste the difference. perfectly crisp even until the end of the meal — now that’s a good fry! There are other reviews that say that the offerings here are too pricey. Let’s just say that I’d rather pay $ 13.95 for the burger that I had here than pay $ 8-$ 9 for a burger meal at the golden arches. They provide good honest food here. The service is impeccable. I will be back to try the other offerings on the menu — the guests at the other table were enjoying Eggs Benedict — perfectly poached eggs! Definitely worth a try if you happen to be in the area — I would even venture to say that To Dine For Eatery is destination worthy.

It was tasty. I eat peanut butter pretty much everyday with my steel cut oats. Occasionally, I’ll have a satay skewer with peanut sauce. Occasionally, I’ll have tan-tan noodles done with peanut sauce. Here, I finally tried a peanut butter bacon burger. It was pretty delicious. Home made patty, with crispy bacon bits, peanut putter lettuce tomatoes, red onions and a side of fries. I would eat this again no hesitation even though it was kinda messy. Friendly owner, with a cafeteria setup. I came on a Saturday looking for a late afternoon lunch. The place was empty except for a table of 4 Korean ladies. They do have other things such as sandwiches, soups, etc, and a Korean rice bowl. That said, I’m coming back for the various forms of burgers that they have.

I saw this reviewed on the front page of Unilocal on May 6th and had to try this place based on the pics alone. I was afraid that there wouldn’t he any«healthy» options, however, I managed none the less with what I had. It is a guilty pleasure place, however, I did survive. I’ve gone by this place many times, however, from the outside it is very unassuming. Especially since there is no real foot traffic and it’s in an area that you would never think would have a decent dining place. I used to always think that this was just a cheap greasy spoon for a quick bite for the workers near by. They’re open late which is very appreciative for the working class. I had the Korean bowl, however, I found that some of the veggies were a bit too greasy but overall it was a satisfying bowl. The customer service was awesome and friendly.

To Dine For is a great place! Their PB& Bacon burger is delicious, and their fries are divine. But I decided to try their poutine that was covered in Vegan gravy. It was something I’ve never tried before, and it was pretty cool! But I found it weird that they would use vegan gravy on poutine that used cheese… Otherwise I would totally come back here to have another burger. The buns are soft and the patties are mouthwatering.

We went here for lunch today … read the reviews on this a couple of years ago and have been dying to try this place!!! Wish I didn’t go. The food was good but overly priced!!! Two mushroom burgers with cheese shouldn’t be $ 30!!! The french fries were good. The place was very clean … the bathrooms were immaculate … service good but because of the pricing … definitely not going back. So not too sure if two stars is really fair but if not going back …
