I agree with both Sam and Jo. I would not have made a purchase here had it not been for the quality of the salesperson. Ms. W Peng was a pleasure to deal with. She was professional, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the merchandise. She was not at all pushy and was very patient with me and my wife. We also had the pleasure of meeting Sassan, the Vice President of GWC and Lugaro. Sassan is a genuine gentleman. He was very respectful and honest. Both he and Ms. Peng were able to work with us on a fair price. If you are in the market for something special for yourself or your loved one, I would highly recommend seeking out Ms. Peng and/​or Sassan.

Its the people often representing the organization that make a difference, and this review is more for the individual and her exemplary client service skills, that made me acquire my first Rolex DJ 2, (Gold/​SS/​Black D/Roman).There was this time earlier this year, when the Swiss Franc was appreciating, and these watches were hard to come by, as people were picking them up, fearing price increases. WeiWei, a professional young woman, and well conversant with most luxury watches, went absolutely out of her way to procure the precise model I was seeking, at the right price. She even had the courtesy to drive me to her West Vancouver store once for the watch and the next time for the box (since the 2 arrived separately). I’d been to the other dealers, and the majority were snotty, as my attire did not indicate that I had to funds to purchase a 14K watch, and nor did I look Asian. Referred a friend to her as well for a DJ1.
In sharp contrast, my visit to the Omega (I have 3 Omegas, Deville, Speedmaster, Seamaster), store opposite Global at the Fairmont was on the other hand a bad experience, with a portly Asian man, who gazed contemptuously at the superstore bag that my buddy was carrying and gave us an indirect middle finger salute while questioning my knowledge of a Speedmaster Apollo XVII at the same time. Wont be stepping in there again for sure.

It’s one of the high-​end jewellery and watches stores. I’ve been here couple of times and I bought a Glashutte watch with them. Their customer service was very enjoyable. The staffs here are well knowledgeable of Glashutte watches. I was very impressed that they gave me a lot of valuable advices. The most important is that they don’t push you to buy and really fair price. Great place to shop.
