Always a well edited selection of recognizable designer names. The prices are fair, and quality of offerings is high. No chips, snags or cracks. If you have inherited china or crystal, this is the place to consign to. The buyer knows her customers.

A great chain of stores that more people should know about. They carry a variety of authentic designer accessories, bags, jewelry and clothing which are always changing. The prices are pretty good compared to other consignment stores. Some of the brands I’ve seen there include Gucci, Chanel, LV, and Hermes. They had some pretty impressive diamond jewelry there that were 30−50% of the appraised price. They also carry mid-range goods like Coach and MK. Since they focus primarily on shoes, bags and accessories and they only consign items that are in like new condition, you don’t get the typical consignment store feel(and smell). I really like how they display their stuff with details of the items along with the prices. One other thing I like is that they also carry vintage jewelry and home items like crystal, silver, and fine china. I wouldn’t say the store carries cutting edge or very recent fashion items. However, if you don’t like to break your bank and don’t mind getting something that might be a few years old or is vintage then have fun at this store! I checked their website and they have five locations with four the downtown area: Hornby & Robson between the Wedgewood Hotel and Mac, two in Pan Pacific Hotel(called the Galleria and Cafferata’s) and in the Westin Bayshore Hotel(also called Cafferata’s). The helpful salesperson there said that the Hornby store is their newest and carry the most selection of the higher end items. It’s definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a good deal or to sell some items you may have collecting dust in your closet or shelf.

Are you one of the ladies who lunch? If you are, maybe you can don your largest Marc Jacobs sunnies and slip in incognito to buy your next Hermes scarf, Chanel handbag or Ferragamo loafers without your friends from the club knowing that you bought something«gently used». This store can best be described as very high end(appropriate store name!) leaning on the conservative side. If designer seasons aren’t that important to you but you still want almost new, classic accessories then the price tags will appeal to you as well. I saw a new looking Celine handbag for $ 500 that probably had an original price of close to $ 2000. They also carry some new items like lower priced costume jewelry and scarves and have consignment decorator items too. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is dog– friendly for a well– behaved canine.
