Why is it so difficult for some people to understand a simple request?! At least Booster Juice has friendlier service for people who smile & care to listen to a ‘simple request’.

This review is for the Jugo juice in Richmond center food court. Be very careful: they put a whole decayed apple to make my juice(this happened earlier this year) And I need to go to washroom after going home. Yesterday, I bought a Max Veggie, they used a decayed carrot(at least, the part decayed should be cut out). And when I came home. I felt bad on the stomach and I need to take some medication. This is a Chinese own Franchise, and the training is very bad. This behavior should be reported to Health Canada or Food Safe Canada. My friend has a veggie fruit farm store in Surrey, they have 2 large green garbage cans full every day to be cleaned by professional disposal company, why? because all decayed items must be dumped. Always 2 full bins everyday. But this shop used the dangerous food to feed the customers. …Beware …

Hair in food for the second time. The ladies who work here need to wear Hair nets. Disgusting. Won’t ever go back.

I have a blender and a juicer at my house, however, once in a while I feel like a pre-made juice even if it is made with 20% more added water or ice. Myself comparing it to my own that I make at home is a little unfair, however, I will say that on the service side this place is better than the other ones that I’ve been to. It is a little more quieter and caters to a different type of Kits demographic. So why the 3 stars. I had a minor argument as I didn’t want too much ice in mine and they were insistent that it was policy that I needed to have it.

Mango magic and Summer strawberry=WHAMMY This is my two fav fruity smoothies. The mango magic is real good especially on a hangover day… Also you can have a new friend with benefit… Mr.Cauliflower! He’s the man. I tried this green mix juice and I was feeling full of energy. The customer service is always fine. Even if I show up at 8h58pm(sorry, I need a lil late night kick sometimes). They are closing at 9pm but they let me in. Always. Very kind. Very healthy. Around 7 $ for a large drink like other similar place.

I complain about a lot of things but it’s usually my fault. Sometimes I order a large and wish I got a smaller size because it’s too much to drink. Sometimes I order a small smoothie and I get diaherrea. You can’t win.

Overpriced and clearly unhappy staff. It was an unfortunate turn that made a small stop turn into an unpleasant experience. Wanting to treat friends to the 10% coupon book discount we pooled our orders for a $ 30 total bill expecting the modest $ 3 discount. The sales women had a mini huddle and decided to only apply the discount to ONE item giving $ 0.25 off. Saying it was discretionary how the coupon was applied. I cried BS but they refused to budge. BADSERVICE in the extreme.

Still amazed how a juice bar can afford these Yaletown rates, esp. a corner location. Great location for those who want a smoothie but don’t need to drive inner DT. It’s smaller than the usual size. Plenty of metered parking.

Tad pricey but very refreshing. They apparently don’t add sugar to their drinks as well.

Sometimes you don’t feel having a huge meal or snack so smoothie is a great healthy idea !! I love Jugo Juice as they are using fresh fruits, not some sugary colourful fruit purée. They do as well so delicious fresh fruits and veggies juices … it is not cheap but super healthy. Plus at this location, they do fresh Wheat Grass juice which doesn’t taste the greatest but so healthy for you. This location is always clean with friendly people. My favourites are the Acai Protein, Carrot Orange juice and the Max Veg juice.

So I’m on a juice reboot to try to detox my body and reset my system to hopefully eliminate some cravings I can’t seem to shake. Okay, who buys that crap? I’m doing it in hopes of losing a few stubborn pounds that running and healthy eating haven’t been able to shred. Jugo Juice is a life saver when it comes to a quick place to grab a 24 oz pressed juice chock full of veggies and fruits and not a whole lot of calories. They’ve got a frequent buyer reward plan, so that’s great. They also have a menu with all their nutritional information spelled out. Also great. Lastly, they also have a variety of snack wraps and other light meals to choose from if you need more substance than a smoothie or juice. One thing to note is that not everything available is low in calories. In fact, some of the items are surprisingly high in calories, but they do have other health benefits that potentially outweigh the calorie count. Just something to be aware of if you’re conscious of such things. Service is friendly enough but this is where I think Jugo Juice fails most. What a great opportunity for the face behind the counter to offer more than a polite smile. Talk to people, engage them in their quest for healthy alternatives, and have a real conversation. I don’t need the«would you like ginger with that?» type of fast food questioning. When I get chatty(oh, and how I do), they just smile as if they don’t understand or don’t care. Sigh. That’s okay though. Prices are okay, I guess. I mean, yeah, $ 7 for a large juice is steep but it’s fresh and I watched the person make it right in front of me. So, that’s kinda cool. Plus the whole«it’s good for me» factor.

Not the best, not the worst. The staff wasn’t the friendliest, but it wasn’t like they were rude either. They have a nice variety to choose from, but only have one size option for the smoothies, which would be alright, but 24 oz is a lot of juice!

Every once and a while I really don’t feel like eating. I know.take a minute to absorb that thought. BUT I do feel that I need something to sustain my energy for the day… Jugo Juice always fits the bill in such instances. I keep it simple. the Green Tea Buzz always does the trick… filling, delicious and not too many calories. about 300. and I feel full afterwards… The Davie location isn;t the most glamorous and I often feel like maybe it’s not the cleanest… but after one sweet sip of the green tea blended creamy goodness. cleanliness is meaningless and green tea power is everything…
