Juice Salon and Esthetics

Christie and the rest of the staff are amazing! Such a friendly and fun atmosphere. I was able to get an appointment right away, and Christie is an amazing stylist, she gave me exactly what I wanted! Such an enjoyable experience :)

Let me say up front that i did not get my hair done at this salon so i have no clue about the quality of their work.
What i CAN comment on is the service, or lack thereof, for a consult for extensions. I had a 1 o’clock appointment booked with jen. I had a prior consult with christine lee song a few blocks away and rushed this appointment to be on time for juice.
Anyways i get to my appointment and was not very nicely told by jenn to get a cup of coffee and come back. She was running behind. I get that appointments run late. Im very easy going. What i DID NOT LIKE was the dismissive attitude like i didnt have anything better to do with my time than wait for her. No apologies at all. Just the expectation that i would wait.
Needless to say i will spend my chunk of money elsewhere… maybe citrus salon or with christine.

Jen is awesome! My first visit was a great experience! She did an amazing job on my lashes and Sini did an awesome job in my eyebrows! I will definitely be coming back to see her again!

I had a consultation with my stylist extraordinaire/​manager and she sat me down and we had a one-​on-​one chat about my expectations and her expectations on what could happen. She explained EVERYTHING and was completely upfront and honest. The best thing she did was listen. She heard and understood what I was looking for (a pretty hefty colour treatment on tricky hair). She also set me up with this AWESOME hair care system, Pureology and it exceeded my expectations. LOVE THIS STUFF!
For my appointment I was welcomed, and had one-​on-​one treatment with my stylist. I wasn’t shuffled from person to person, and I was given, what I felt like, the VIP treatment (for a nobody that I am). We had great conversations on life and was just a fabulous experience. I highly recommend.

I love Juice Salon! Jenn has created a warm and caring environment for her clients to come in and treat themselves to an awesome spa experience. They have an amazing gal doing nails, and the best esthetician in the city doing waxing, facials etc. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking to get the best service available in Yaletown.

My first time experience at Juice Salon has converted me into a Juice Girl. What a GEM in Vancouver! I didn’t know such place existed because it is hidden compared to other Yaletown businesses but that just adds to the cool factor of this lovely, quiet and clean place.
I met the owner JEN when I came in for a Shellac Gel manicure with art and her professionalism and hospitality blew me away! She was upbeat and fun to talk to. The nail expert JOIE was very warm to me and made me feel at ease very fast. She is very passionate in her work. Just looking at her nails and Jen’s nails were enough proof of what she was capable of doing. She specializes in nail art using only high end products. She took away a whole bunch of gross cuticles I didn’t even know I had, shaped my nails meticulously without seesawing them, and chose for me a beautiful red color that complements my skin tone and design that I am in love with! I liked how she took her time and made sure that the lengths and shapes were good and I thought she did a very thorough job. The whole time I never felt I was rushed and it was a fantastic experience. The end result I had were red nails with pretty pewter sparkles.
In a nutshell… highly recommended for trendy, or classic nail art for some oomph. I would definitely go back there for other services! (They do hair too) Next time I’m just going to let them do WHATEVER they want because I know it will come out fabulously.

I LOVE this Salon, I would never go any where else.
My stylist, Jenna, is so highly skilled at her craft, I feel extremely comfortable plopping myself down in her chair and saying «go nuts!’. She is always attentive to my concerns, answers all my questions and never does anything to my «do» without explaining completely/​getting my A-​OK. I know that with Jenna, I will always leave looking fabulous. Recently, I had highlights done to spruce up my look a little and honestly, I’ve never received so many complements on a color job before!
The other staff in the salon are highly professional, while still being personable. I love sharing conversations with other clients and all the shared laughter is amazing! You don’t find an ambiance or atmosphere like this in any other salon in Yaletown. The salon manager Jenn has created an amazing and inviting environment that keeps me coming back for additional services, not just my hair!
Juice offers a variety of high quality services, as well as a wide spread of great products to take home with you. Jenn creates a trendy, inviting space and her staff are all top rate. April does fantastic mani’s and pedi’s and is the only esthetician I’ve seen to use EMINENCE — an all Natural Eminence Organic Skin Care line from Hungary. Pure luxury for your skin!
The location is perfect for a visit after work and is highly transit accessible. I would recommend any of my girlfriends to Juice, without a doubt.
Edit: I am planning on getting some extensions done at Juice in the near future, as I got to see Jenn doing it on another client very recently. I will most certainly update!

I love Juice. I’ve been going here for two years and I’ve always had great experiences.
Vancouver, especially Yaletown, is full of bad stylists with worse attitudes. You’re not going to find a friendlier group of girls than the Juice girls. I actually look forward to going in so I can chat with them.
I can’t speak to the women’s cuts, but the men’s cuts are top notch. I go to Jenna, but the owner has also cut my hair and she’s fantastic as well. I’ve never had a better haircut actually.
They really take their time to get it right. You’re not going to be in and out of there in 20 minutes. the attention to detail is almost ridiculous. They take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows.
I’m not one of those Unilocalers that gives 5 stars for everything, but I’m sitting here trying to think of a negative and I can’t come up with one.
