Little Caesars Pizza

I’ve been ordering from this location for 10 years. The driver who always brings the delivery is great — fast & friendly, even one time when we had a bit of a snow storm and I wasn’t sure they’d be delivering at all.
I’m sick to death of how bad the people who answer the phone are though. They don’t listen, and you end up having to repeat your order multiple times. Every single time I call they have to check to see if they’ll deliver to me, even though I’ve been getting delivery from them for 10 years.
The final straw was the girl on the phone telling me that she had to check with the driver and she’d call me back in 10 minutes. I would have been fine with that if she had actually called back in 10 minutes instead of waiting almost 40 minutes to call me back. Even if you haven’t managed to talk to the driver, if you say you’re going to call back in 10 minutes then do what you promised to do and call me in 10 minutes to at least give me an update.
I feel bad for the driver (it’s not his fault, and like I said he’s always great — he even called me back after this to try to make things better), but I just can’t support this business any more. Never ordering from them again.

My fiancé and I come here often for a quick meal at night, the hot and ready’s are usually hot and ready — and if they aren’t, then the customer service is awesome and we know when!
We never wait more than 10 minutes for our pizzas, and they are friendly and efficient! Totally consistent and worth it for a meal when we don’t feel like cooking.

If ever there was an archetype of the soulless modern food business, Little Caesar’s has to be it. In my defence, we were given, in circumstances that are not relevant to this story, a bunch of gift cards. Without these I can’t imagine ever choosing to go here.
Walking in to the location, it was immediately confusing. I guess if all you want is to immediately be served with a small instance of what I will for now deign to call a ‘pizza’, lightly sprinkled with pepperoni, then you can probably discover, order and receive it fairly quickly. And in all honesty, that’s about all Little Caesar’s is good for.
However, I wanted to feed my family. I ended up having to pick up a flyer that was lying around to find out the fuller extent of their menu.
The food itself will almost certainly provide you with calories. As to fulfilling any desire for pleasure or enjoyment while you consume it, look elsewhere.

They probably make a killing from the high school nearby! $ 5.99 medium cheese or pepperoni pizza all day everyday!
They are supposed to have it hot and ready when you walk in the door, but on the day I came they didn’t. I had to wait 10 minutes. This is not the standard for other Little Caesars establishments I’ve been to. Still, it’s the cheapest pizza in the city. I realize that there are minimal toppings and their medium is more like a small, but hey it IS $ 5.99!
Their other pizzas that cost a little more are very delicious and they have 7 different kinds of chicken wings, so for me they are A-​OK.
