Had the London UK Gin with the basic tonic. Very tasty. Wait staff was friendly.

The cucumber gin and tonic was a really great drink. I would definitely come back here and recommend it to others looking for a nice gin cocktail.

18 minutes by bike from my place on the East Side to my new favorite gin palace. Delicious selection of gin and tonics, including their own and Fevertree. I see many happy evenings there in my future.

A great venue in a great location for Downtown residents looking for something that’s neither the 90% garbage that is Granville St or the overrated Yaletown. I love the Vancouver brewery scene which regularly finds me on trips to East Van or Main St. As a downtown resident the downtown scene is horribly limited. Distilleries are picking up the slack a little and Longtable is the best of them. Located near the Burrard Bridge in an unassuming spot(aren’t all the best ones?) it’s a great place to grab a yourself some craft gin or vodka(these are the specialties, especially the former). They’ve wisely started to mix up their offering from just hard liquor tasting flights. That’s always been what puts me off distilleries. So Friday’s are G&T nights(so awesome) and Saturday’s are cocktail nights. They have some excellent cocktails on the menu. Be warned, when they say craft, they really mean it. Each one is meticulously handmade, so expect to wait. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and(rare for this part of Vancouver) local. The owner is also super welcoming and chatty. A geat Downtown spot.

This place is seriously the best cocktail bar ever! Everything was simply perfect at this establishment — quality drinks, superb service and cool ambience. Went on a Friday and it was Gin and Tonic day where they served a variety of drinks which are made from their distillery. We sat at the bar and had a great conversation with the bartender who is absolutely delightful. He offered us some drinks to try out which tasted very good. My favourite is the limoncello which is one of their house brands. You can buy bottles of alcohol from them or get them at DFS though only two flavours will be available there. As the place is very small, those who are hoping to have a gathering there might need to come earlier as it gets crowded nearer to the evening. Overall, this is the best and most pleasant experience I’ve had since my stay in Vancouver. Everyone should totally check it out!

I’ve been biking by this place for the past year, and never made an effort to stop by for drinks. So with the onset of beautiful sunny weather, I decided that trying to find a patio spot might be too much work, and decided to try the craft spirits at Long Table. The place is very small, and very open with Charles and Colin working hard behind the counter. This family owned business has a selection of gin for you to try, and also vodka and akvavit. If it’s your first time there, it’s definitely worth it to get taster flights of all the different spirits that they offer. And then on Fridays they have gin and tonic, and on Saturday they make delicious cocktails. This place gives the home-owned small business vibe that makes you want to help them succeed. Very friendly, and easy to chat with the bartender Colin about pretty much anything alcohol related. I would highly stopping here for a taste of something different, especially if you’re a gin lover. The barrel aged gin is quite something.

A small batch craft family owned distillery offering gins and vodkas, and every accessory possible! Their recipes use locally sourced botanicals. The tasting room has a bar area and bench seating along the walls with one large table in the center of the room. The store area is located on the one side of the room as your enter. Described as a «spirited micro experience», and«Long Table’s spirits, which at present include gin and vodka, are executed with whimsical precision, while the tasting room itself is an exercise in perfect design restraint.», it’s a must visit. Craft cocktails: Duke Leto: Bourbon barrel aged gin, apple spiced syrup, aromatic bitters, evergreen mist. A very subtle drink with a notably bourbon finish. Interestingly enough, the barrels are from Woodinville Whiskey in Woodinville. Prime Radiant: cucumber gin, grapefruit juice, apricot and rosemary syrup, lillet and lime juice. Just a lovely symphony of flavors too difficult to describe. I think I could drink this all night because it’s not overly sweet. Service is slow but we caught them on a busy night we were told. No food is served here, although there is a food truck outside. A return visit is in order.

Long Table has one of the friendliest owners. And he makes it fun to drink gin! Not being a big gin drinker it was fun trying their cucumber gin, their london gin and their oak aged gin(which was more like a scotch! yum yum!). All the gins were really tasty and at $ 5 for a flight, totally worth it! Check it out when you get a chance!

It was amazing place to have a drink. Went on a Saturday after work drink for their cocktails. It was amazing. It’s been awhile since I had such good cocktails made. I ordered a Winds of Arrakis with their special of the day, a vegetable samosa. The owner Charles was very kind and has a very good sense of humour. When he forgot about my samosa, he was kind enough to give me a second free of charge. Regardless, I really like the distillery. It’s a nice way to appreciate the microdistillery within the city and have a good drink too. I look forward to going back for more drinks and bringing more friends there.

Very cool distillery. Highly recommend that you come here and do a tasting flight of their different spirits. Cocktails they had were AMAZING. We had a cucumber one that was incredibly refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day.

I wish I had more stars to give this place. Yes, Long Table Distillery is that awesome. On our way back to the hotel from Granville Island, we stopped at Long Table to check things out. First off, the way the place is laid out is pretty cool. I guess the one thing I can say is that there really is a long table in the middle. They also have an area where you can buy cool things like Bloody Mary mix, rim salt, and other little alcoholic knick knacks like Bitters. It’s definitely tempting. I had to keep reminding myself that I only had so much space in my luggage. We did a flight and sampled a couple different gins, vodka, akvavit, and the Marc du Soleil. Since I’m a huge fan of gin I always love when places have a solid gin program with solid gin selections. I was definitely impressed. The cucumber gin was my favorite. I’m a fan of Hendrick’s but I think Long Table can give Hendrick’s a run for their money. Yea, I said it. Cucumber Gin FTW! And if you’re one of those people that don’t like gin, well, you need to come here because this stuff will change your mind. The kicker was how cool that staff is. The owner was there and he was very friendly. The other employee that was there was super cool and he gave us really good recommendations on good places to eat while we were in town. It was like he was our concierge for our time there. Although, I’m pretty sure he was on the Canada Committee. He sold living in Canada to us so much that the bf was ready to pack up a Uhaul and go. I had to remind him Canada is a different country so there would probably be somewhat of a process. He didn’t care. He needed more of that gin from Long Table. Who could blame him? When are you all distributing to the states??? PLEEEAAASE

Truly outstanding. I don’t know what I can say that hasn’t already been said, but I’m going to give it a shot! Boyfriend and I were out for a walk on the seawall, and took an earlier exit off it than we usually do; I’m so happy we did, because almost immediately we stumbled upon Long Table. Boyfriend wasn’t feeling like booze(until he walked inside) but I just had to try their delicious liquors. Walking in the place has a lovely, cosy atmosphere, and the décor is so beautifully West coast. We perused the shelves of interesting trinkets, and I wanted to buy everything! Giant round ice moulds? Yes. Several different types of tonics? Yes. All of it! Eventually we made it to the counter where we met the delightful Charles. He was so enthusiastic and passionate about his product that it wasn’t hard to reciprocate! Boyfriend by now decided that he just had to taste some as well so we both partook of the tasty, tasty beverages. I have to admit it: I was completely blown away. I was not expecting to try the best gin and vodka I’d ever had that day! The Texada island vodka was smooth and multi-layered with a lovely hint of lemongrass — I surprised myself by taking a bottle home… and I don’t usually like vodka! Each gin was better than the last, and I loved the cucumber and bourbon barrel aged varieties best. Thankfully Boyfriend took home a bottle of the latter so I get to enjoy two different Long Table spirits at home! Charles was an absolute delight, the drinks were outstanding, and I can’t wait to come back and try their cocktails!

There is a reason why Long Table has great reviews on Unilocal, and that’s because the passion used to make their products shines in the end result. It’s a well designed room and you get the feeling of coming into a friends’ place to chat over a few drinks. Plus the have lots of bar toys and products for all levels of mixologists. The owner, Charles, was extremely inviting and answered all my questions.

So the door was locked when the site clearly says it was opened!!! Don’t worry, Charles eventually opened the door as I was like some rabbid customer foaming at the mouth for alcohol… well not entirely so. I have come here many times, even leaving with the known liquids this place produces and I have to proclaim this is my ‘go-to’ gin spot in Vancouver, hands down! Even if you do not like gin. it’s not your drink of choice, the line is this, «maybe you haven’t found the right one yet…» On any occasion, when they are open, the staff here is very friendly and accomodating, even on the last visit when it was just Charles helping me out with a decision I had to go back and forth between their London Dry and Cucumber Gin. and it was a hard choice but I had to pick one like Pokemon and went with the Cucumber as a gift for the night. but I would down both in a heart beat! Just know you can try before you buy, and if you have any fine alcoholic sense in your tastebuds you will like the stuff that they are making in this magically spot. and if not. use that app and go get your mass produced spirits like Bombay and Tanqueray while the ones who know how to appreciate come here and buy their brew! This place has changed in looks a little from the first time I stepped in here… moving the big piece of wood to make a communal seating area and now they opened up this place to mix drinks. as I have yet to try those I will not even talk about it. I’m still milking my bottle of the bourbon barrelled gin, and yet I’m still thinking of loading up, but if you want a great time with high quality spirits, here’s my choice, come in and feel right at home, and maybe prepare to spend some money! This is not your mix ‘em type of gin. even though they do it quite well here, get to know the finer things in life… really, and you may never go back to that mass produced stuff you find everyone else drinking! Oh… yes, they are changing their labels and their bottles are going to look very colorful, so come here soon to get the last of the old stock before those run out! I also hear they have food trucks on occasion if you are here drinking, parked out front… I will be back!

Visited the long table distillery when I was back home over Christmas. I thought it was very generous that we were able to sample all of the spirits at no charge and the owner was very personable and passionate about his product. They have a small array of items for sale, such as bitters, glasses etc., and of course they sell their product! After the tasting, we ordered three of their cocktails. Those took a bit longer than normal to be made, but they were very well done and looked lovely. It is in a great location, a bit tucked away, but there is free parking on the street, which is a definite bonus. Would be a nice little spot to take a date after walking around the neighbourhood and seawall area. Definitely would recommend stopping by to taste their great product!

For the longest time I thought I have already written about this but turns out my mind was playing tricks on me. I have been here many times for samplings. Charles and Rita, the owners, are wonderful. They not only know their craft but are very personable. Over the weekend I had the opportunity to finally try their cocktails made by Cole, who happens to own a bitters company. He is the master mind behind the botanicals, a true alchemist to say the least. Then there’s Collin, young, down-to-earth and genuinely helpful. I still remember the first time I was here I loved the Cucumber Gin more than the London Dry. The second time I came it was the other way around. The third time I picked up a bottle of Gin aged in Bourbon barrel(OMG). I love how the products taste so clean and smooth. Over the weekend I came here with my colleague. We both ordered«The Royal We». I ordered the original with London Dry; my colleague got the upgraded version with Bourbon Barreled Gin and it was phenomenal. The latter had much more depth. I finally brought my bottle of No. 33 Gin from New Deal Distillery, Portland OR to share with the gang. They loved it. It was interesting to watch the pros decipher the notes. Collin picked up coriander. Cole picked up something else. Charles and Rita were talking about the juniper varietals and whether or not fresh juniper berries were used to produce the No. 33. Charles mentioned on Saturdays they are extending their cocktail hours(from 3PM) to 9PM which food truck parked outside(hmm…grill cheese). I can’t wait to come back!

I enjoyed my visit here. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and seemed as if we were doing him a favor by visiting. The space is rather small, but very bright, clean and inviting with a nice long wooden table as well as a bar area in front of glass windows which house the distilling machinery. We sampled all 7 or so of their current offerings including a London dry style gin, a cucumber gin, bourbon barreled gin, aquavit,(dry) peppermint liquor, as well as a vodka and a grappa like brandy made with grape pomace. Everything seemed like it was a well made product and we got some nice information about each one as we tasted it. They also let you sample the Apothecary brand bitters that the head bartender makes, and they are for sale at around $ 21 a 4 oz. bottle. We ordered 3 cocktails between the four of us and all of them were really nice, although you can tell this place is not a seasoned cocktail bar as we were the only people sitting down at the time and it took a good 15 or so minutes to get our drinks. They were hand squeezing the citrus to order, so clearly they just don’t get the traffic to warrant operating the way a typical bar would but the quality is good and if you have some time to spare, I’d recommend sampling their spirits, having a drink or two and browsing some of their nice and reasonably priced glassware and cocktail related merchandise. I saw some bacon salt caramels and some artisinal looking homemade marshmallow squares, so you should probably do yourself a favor and try those as well. I would have liked to walk around the neighborhood a bit as well as it seemed pretty nice.

I like it here! A great little distillery located downtown just off the seawall that brews gin, vodka and a few other specialty liquors. Beautiful wood features and modern concrete floors. Gin & Tonic Fridays from 4 – 9 pm. Apprx $ 10 for singles and $ 12 for doubles, your choice of gin(cucumber or London dry) and tonic(generic, homemade, premium). Our friend doesn’t drink gin but they were able to serve her their vodka. They have a different local food truck parked right outside every week for g&t Friday, when we were there weeks ago was Tacofino — yum! :). Very friendly proprietors, who are happy to explain their whole distillation process. The room is relatively small and there is limited seating, so for events(g&t Friday) you may have to stand until some seats open up. A great addition to the neighbourhood!
