The drive-thru gets our order right more frequently than your average McDonald’s and when we order inside it’s always correct. The quality is average for the chain, it’s a mixed bag — sometimes it’s great sometimes it doesn’t look like food. What really annoys me with this location is the layout. Big sliding automatic doors facing the street with normal doors on either side are almost always surrounded by smokers. This location needs to enforce city bylaws about the minimum distance from an entrance before people can smoke. Smell is a big part of taste and going in or out of this location messes with that — to say nothing of the cancer I don’t need.

Came through the drive thru at 12:30 am. Had ordered two meals. I wanted half sprite and fruitopia for one of my drinks and they said they couldn’t do it and to come in and do it myself. What kind of service is that. Since when can you not do it make a customer satisfied. Just because the drink machine is automated now doesn’t mean that they couldn’t put in a coke then go make my half sprite and fruitopia at the front. They’re buncha lazy pricks. My fries were also cold I couldn’t even enjoy my food. *sigh

McDonald’s food is what it is, but in regards to the décor, I really like this one. There aren’t [very many] scary people that come to inhabit this location, the seats are reasonably comfortable and it’s 24hours, so it’s perfect to come and do some work if you need like a coffee shop. There are power outlets for the few people that use this place as a coffee shop. The wireless is spotty. Not consistent, but other than that, its a good place. Reasonably quiet.

I don’t like this McDonald’s. After a horrible incident that happened last year with a family member of mine, I have not gone back. I was so angry that I called the head office in regards to the issue and yes the head office did contact this McDonald’s to hopefully rectify the problem. I did get a chance to talk to the manager there and all I got was a not very sincere apology. What had happened was we went in ordered food and because a family member wanted hot water so he could take his medicine. This family member is very old and disabled. He went up to the counter and asked for hot water and the McDonald staffed spilled the hot water onto the table and it splated some onto my family member. Without feeling ashame, he did not apologize and ignored my family member. I saw what had happened and asked for an apology. I went and asked for the manager and a young gentle man came and claims to be the manager and said they do not serve mentally retarded handicapped people. I was really angry and I remember it was a Sunday. I called Mcdonald head office right away and because it was near end of day there was no one to pick up the phone. First off this family member is not mentally retarded. He is disabled because he had a stroke. I FEELDISGRACEOFTHEEMPLOYEEATTHISMCDONALD. Not only that it took them over a month and multiple calls to head office to get an apology. I don’t think they meant it. I feel disgrace of their staff action. Definitely not coming back.

It’s one of the nicer McDonald. It went through many remodels throughout many years. At one point they even closed down, but reopened again. It’s my neighbourhood joint for ice cream and hamburgers. Today, a runner named Troy made McFlurries. I’m not sure if McDonald follows Foodsafe Practices or even the common sense of ‘If I stuck my dirty finger in something, my customer would care’. Troy stuck his thumb in the McFlurry of the guy in front of me. I also had the same McFlurry — so it confused him and I think I got the contaminated one. If you factor in all the things they touch just to make you a ice cream. Yuck! Have a smile with your contaminated treats!

One of the nicer ones, with communal seating all around. Lots of teens hang here so probably not a good place to work but during day’s ok. 24 hour drive thru too.

The drive through is scary at times because traffic is trying to leave and enter the parking lot at the same time. Early morning rush is crazy times between 7 – 8:30 am with not a lot of seating with the breakfast crowd coming in

Fast service but sometimes hard to find a place to sit when people are saving seats for their friends. It’s a spot for lots of big group meetings.

Not the greatest burger but at least it fills my belly before the mosh pit. Customer service is decent. In all fairness they have improved their menu significantly since a few years ago and have offered beyond burgers. Quality is the same, however, with more options I am less disgusted at the idea of going in. I like dipping my french fries in ice cream. Yes I am a freak like that. The fact that it is open really late is good for a late night snack after a show. I appreciate that they’re going upscale and now that Mc-D’s isn’t so much of a bad word as it used to be.

Actually quite nicely done inside for a McDonald’s. The amusing thing about this one is that it was full of elderly Cantonese people who were having a very loud morning chat!

I really like how McDonald’s is going upscale. It no longer feels like the ghetto place you go to when you have absolutely nowhere else to go, but more of a destination. Okay, that was a stretch. Parking is ample on the outside, though there’s a human walkway that’s raised a little too high. If your car is lowered, you will probably ground out. All of the plastic seats are gone, and replaced with wooden /upholstered ones. The location is surprisingly clean. There is now free Wi-Fi. Yay! The tables themselves range in size from 2 to 12 people. Yes, 12 people. You can bring the whole gang here without a problem. I come here a bit more than I would like to admit. Mainly because of the central location. Oh, and it’s 24h.

Yes for a McDonalds, I like this one too! It is fancy. Now alot of them are getting fancy with their warm colours and LCD tv’s and the quick efficient service. I like to hang out here when I’m in-between appointments and have a coffee or tea.

Right when I walked in this McDonald’s, first thing I said was«wow, this is a fancy McDonald’s» lol. Yes I did say fancy. It was my first time going to any McDonald’s in Canada. Even the«M» out side has a leaf on it! Which I thought was pretty cool. The service was good and the items I order was also good and most important thing, it was clean! But I gave it four stars because they don’t have blended coffee! I was shocked. They had pretty much a full menu and more but that was the only thing that was missing.
