I’ve been going to this Subway Canada location since the 90’s. It’s a smaller restaurant than the other Subways and one in the same building as an transmission repair shop and some office(upstairs). Nearby competition is a bunch of Phở shops and furniture stores. It’s a weird location, but it works. The layout for this subway has changed over the years — from the tables and 1995 yellow seats to bar stools and window seating — because of it small status, you’re better off grabbing your food to go and chilling at Brewers Park. This franchise location no longer offer the $ 5 daily deals on their footlong subs. The break is slightly better after the azodicarbonamide scandal. It’s less fluffy, but seem fresher. Prices have been increased a little, but that doesn’t stop many people from coming. Recently, I notice that this location no longer serves Coca Cola products. It’s switched to Pepsi Co. Because I’ve known the owner since I was a pimple face skinny teenage, this is the Subway that makes me feel like home. The owner knows how I like my sandwich like I know algebra(which I failed miserably).
