The only reason i checked in to this placed is to get the discount. Other than that Vancouver residents dont come here because of tis stupid bitch that works here! Had to freakin ruin my vacation on the very last day! Eff you the owners should find a better employees to hire!

Their Boba tea was good… not the best I’ve ever had… but good… just a bit watered down. Since one of my kids must always have poutine in Canada… we got it here… EXCELLENT! YES… I’m telling you to go to a boba tea shop to get your poutine… might as well get a tea while you’re at it… ENJOY!

After eating ramen at Santouka, we decided to try out Ninja Bubble tea which is right next door. I’ve always wanted to try out this place because of pictures I’ve seen of their 1L bubble tea. We didn’t end up getting the 1L bubble tea because that is just way too much. We ended up getting a regular size taro Oreo bubble tea without the pearls. It tasted good — I really liked the combination of the taro and the Oreo bits but you can really taste the syrup which is too sweet for my taste. Overall, my experience was okay.

One litre! A whole litre… I feel like Farva ordering a litre of bubble tea. I think the novelty of one litre of bubble tea makes me come here. We pass by a lot so why not? There’s a large assortment of flavours. They’re not quite as good as my favorite place, but they’re a-ok. I had a real fruit mango, but I wasn’t a fan, but then again I am biased against the flavour of fresh mango. I had a mango screamer… screamer means ice cream… it was ok. I had the piña colada… it was ok. I had something with pudding instead of pearls… I forgot what the drink was, but the pudding was really sweet… Maybe I’m just getting the wrong things. I’ve tried my friend’s lychee green tea with pearls and it was really good. She also got the Loco Ferrero and I would have fought her for it. It’s hit or miss how many pearls you get. I guess it depends on who makes your drink. Lately the pearls have been less and less. They have board games you can play with and a dart machine that I don’t really understand. How can you throw darts at the plastic board?

Had to come drop by since I have heard so much about this place. My friend brought me here to try their Bubble tea. I love the location because it is RIGHT beside Santouka Ramen. On top of that, there are DARTMACHINESHERE! Yes, I am have recently turned into a dart junkie. Don’t mind me MMMKAY? :X I believe this place has been opened for a while since I saw the couches already tattered, and the place seems a little bit on the old side already. I love their 1L bubble tea, but really, is anyone suppose to finish that though? :X There is so much that I can’t even finish ½ of it. I ordered it because it seems so cool, and might as well try it out since it is my first time. I ordered the Watermelon Screamer, which is fresh watermelon slush with ice cream. I might as well give it go, it sounded delicious. I am trying to have as much as watermelon before the end of the season, and I just wanted Ice Cream that night: P For sure the size of it was GIGANTIC. I couldn’t finish the most of it. I brought it home, and put it in the fridge to finish it. I don’t mind the place at all, if there were more people though. Just to liven up the place. The seating seems so lack luster. Some of the couches spots were broken, and the chairs were kinda uncomfortable. The place is clean for sure, and I love the weird pop art hung up, but it was lacking a friendly atmosphere for a Bubble Tea place. I did enjoy how one of the staff was singing during her work period, and stuff. It made the place a bit more lively, but the staff gives cold shoulders often. Will come back for sure next time, since I love bubble tea.

I bought the regular sized milk tea. I thought the tea was delicious but tapioca balls were hard for some reason. It took away from what would otherwise be a 4-star rating. The service was good and there were plenty of board games to occupy your time. Good internet too.

We got the Ninja original tea, small size, on a hot afternoon and loved it so much we came back that evening to get the same one, but the large size. If we were to base our rating just on the first tea, it would be 5 stars. It was made with their Bengali tea and I asked for it to be made less sweet(which was still sweet). Not as much ice as we’d like but maybe that’s why we loved the flavor so much — it wasn’t too milky and had a nice string flavor. The boba was probably the best we’ve tasted — very flavorful and chewy. When we ordered the larger tea, we had a different server and asked for more ice and still had half sweet. For whatever reason, it wasn’t as flavorful — it was too dilute. My husband didn’t think it was sweet enough, though I liked it that level. It was expensive — 1 L cup for about 5 Canadian dollars. But good.

Their bubble tea wasn’t that good. I had the Bangladesh milk tea with tapiocas. The tea smelled amazing and was strong enough which I like but it was supposed to be a milk tea and it wasn’t creamy at all. It was very watery. The tapiocas also had no taste. Normally it’s a little sweet but it didn’t taste like anything, it was just chewy. I probably wouldn’t come back here. I feel like Vancouver probably has a lot more better bubble tea places. I only came here cuz we ate at the ramen place next door. Maybe I just had bad luck but I wasn’t impressed. The prices were pretty reasonable tho. I paid $ 5 for a litre which I shared with my sister. If you check in on Facebook you get 10% off. Maybe we were just unlucky.

been to this place few times. They have lots of interesting flavours, but I don’t think they are any better than chatime or bubble world up the street. The place has better seating so it would be good if you want a place to sit down and hangout with your friends.

This is the biggest bubble tea I have ever seen. Do you need that much bubble tea? The answer is yes. Lots of flavors to choose from, though my favorite was not on the list(almond) Fresh fruit, with ice cream. Lots of differnt options for stuff in the bottom though I like mine without. I also like that they have panini ‘s. Next time I’ll have to try one.

I was told this place would be a heavy competitor to Chatime. Scratch that, I was told they would be the best in town. It says so in the ad! After a nice walk on Robson Street, I decided to try this bubble tea place, as I wanted to compare here with Chatime. The place was equally as busy as Chatime, if not a little less. However, the environment felt the same: Long lineups with mostly young Asians ordering and making the drinks. I ordered the chocolate milk tea with tapioca, and the first thing I realized was that the sizes are larger than Chatime. They costed about the same, but Ninja has the higher quantity. Unfortunately, the quality did not match up to Chatime, as the tapioca pearls were not chewy at all. The chocolate taste wasn’t as sweet as Chatime, despite the fact I asked for regular ice and sugar. If I had to choose between Ninja and Chatime, I unfortunately would have to pick Chatime because it’s already the proven standard for bubble tea across the world, and I’ve overall had better experiences at Chatime.

Excellent service and awesome drinks! Great atmosphere as well! The staff was extremely friendly and walked us through the whole menu! We will definitely be back to try the food and more milk teas!

The bubble tea itself is not the best quality but their service and atmosphere is very nice. I didn’t find the bubble tea as tasty as other places around the area. The place itself is very welcoming and has board games you can play with friends. It is very nicely decorated. It has a lot of potential but the product needs to be improved.

As a preface to this review, I’m crazy about bubble tea. I’ve tried dozens of places all over the world and I’ve learned to always try either the original milk tea or oolong milk tea in order to get a proper idea of how good or bad a place is… and this place did not fare well. Though they don’t really compare to the bubble tea places I tried in Taipei(the origin of bubble tea), my favourite bbt places in Canada are Chatime and Ten Ren(both Taiwanese brands), Chatime for milk tea and Ten Ren for everything else. All I can say to Ninja is «good luck» once Chatime opens down the street on Robson in a few weeks. First, the good: The service is excellent. Super friendly and they take credit cards, unlike some other bubble tea places. You can also tap your Vicinity card to get reward points. Also, the waffles they sell smell amazing, though I didn’t buy any. The store itself is nice and modern, though the front area by the counter gets crowded when a group of people come inside. There is wifi available for the hotspot hunters out there. Now, the tea: I ordered a 1 litre oolong milk tea with grass jelly, half sugar for $ 5.74 all in. When I received it, I was very disappointed by how much space was left at the top of the cup and also how little grass jelly they put in. Then I tried the tea. It was watery and lacking flavour and depth. I could make the same thing by brewing my own oolong tea without letting the leaves steep long enough, then adding a bit of skim milk. It was totally unmemorable. Well, not really, since I’ll remember it as tasting like crap. I’d describe the taste and texture as «diet milk tea», if that helps to give an idea of what it was like. I had just tried Bubble World a few blocks east on Robson two days before going to Ninja. Though they don’t have a 1 litre cup, the prices there are super reasonable and the milk tea was actually pretty good. I’ll be sticking with Bubble World until I get a chance to try the new Chatime. Sorry Ninja, I was really looking forward to liking you.

Mediocre bubble tea. Large variety. Seems like everything is powdered and there were no fresh fruit used in any of the bbt. Pricey for powdered and my honeydew bbt Ninja size tasted watered down. Probably stick to my other bbt place a few blocks away on Robson St. Better priced and they use fresh fruit for some of their drinks.

I hate to be negative but tonight was probably the worst bubble tea ive ever had… My «Ferraro» bubble tasted like water flavored with chocolate. Also I got«recommended» to try the egg balls with icecream and nutella. The overall egg balls were too doughy and the icecream was low quality. Tasted like frozen milk flavored water. I’m giving it place 2 stars because all of staff members had really good and friendly customer service. Probably will not ever be back unless they start putting less ice in everything lol

Passed this place many times and decided to give it a try. They have $ 2 deal between 12−1pm, so I got Irish Earl Grey Milk Tea. I was making sure I got it half sweeten and they made it half sweet. I was shocked by the big portion and cute packaging. Tasted okay and couldn’t even finish my drink. It was very different from regular milk tea I’ve tasted. If there waa HK milk tea I’d have ordered that one. Anyways fast service, friendly staff and great portion. They also sell Lumpia, Filipino spring rolls so I guess this is Filipino owned bbt shop.

I love this place, been making my way out to the one in Coquitlam time after time(I know you just sung the Cyndi Lauperr hit) and I am more than happy that they have a location in town. The place is really cool and the people are really nice. The prices are typical bubble tea but they’re massive Ninja size is what I keep going back for and yes that does make me sound so fat but ONLYMYMOMMACANJUDGEME! They were allowing you to check in on FB and get 10% recently so ask about it! and try their specialty bubble teas, you won’t be mad :)

It’s so cute in here!!! From the name to décor. The tots are actually just mini hash browns. They have fresh brewed tea, mini snacks, and darts!
