Going to start off by saying it is fairly hot in there as they have no air conditioning or fans for there ovens/toasters. Tried their smores waffle and it was good. Waffles are nice and crispy. Nothing too special a few marshmallow and a drizzle of chocolate sauce and very little bits of crackers. There shakes are a disappointment. I had the caramel one and it just tasted like cream and a lot of sugar together. Too sweet even for my sweet tooth. Couldn’t finish it but the waffle on it was delicious. Okay place for waffles but not for a good shake.

These are some pretty fresh waffles. Service are great. Walked in and saw the menu. There are about 6 sweet waffles and 7 savory waffles to choose from. Good selections. I had the cheese cake waffle and its really good. The waffle are not soggy and its very fresh. Well they make it on the spot. The place is quite small. Best part is that this place has a few games like connects 4, checkers, fuse-ball etc. I like this place. Its in a neighborhood that is out of nowhere. Its like a hole in the wall kind of restaurant.

Clean, beautiful café with various waffles and coffee. Had to check out OTG after reading previous reviews. Great place to hangout with friends. You can even play board games(eg.Jenga, Checkers etc) and there are few. The moment I walked in the café smelled really good. They even have pizza waffles which makes me wanna drool. I had hard time deciding lol. I got Tiramisu Waffles for $ 8. Waffles were fresh and soft. Exactly tasted like Tiramisu. Price is expensive, but totally worth the visit.

I saw this reviewed on the front page of Unilocal on December 27th and book marked it for future reference. I think that this is a brand new place that opened up as it wasn’t around the last few times that I have passed in the area. Not too far from Joyce Station. You can take any bus like the 26 and or 41 and get off on Kingsway and head toward downtown on a #19. Just a heads up that they open at 2 pm. The place is small and very easy to miss. They’re menu is very slim and limited but there is a good balance of sweet and savoury items. I recommend the waffle pizza. Just a heads up that there is no wifi. Very limited seating but clean. Average stacked waffle is around 6 — 8 dollars.

Cute new little waffle place in East Vancouver around Slocan and Kingsway. We had the banana and nutella waffle along with the apple spice waffle. Each plate came with four smaller waffles which were crunchy on the outside yet still had a nice chew to them. The banana and nutella combo was pretty standard and solid. The apple spice was an interesting combo but one that I could probably pass on. Can’t wait to try their savoury waffles next time! If this place had board games I would definitely become a regular.

Came here with the wife out of curiosity. I had the grilled chicken while wife opted for the Montréal smoked meat waffle. We then shared a salted caramel and green apple waffle. All three were great! Waffles are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Portion sizes are good and prices are reasonable. Their coffee drinks are great too. We tried the London fog and a latte. We will be back

Came here for dessert last night. We walked in around…8? 8:30? and it was completely empty. They have a selection of pizza waffles as well as sweet waffles. We were pretty full from dinner so we ordered the banana + chocolate waffle with a side of ice-cream to share. The waffle was $ 7 but with the ice-cream our total was around $ 8. The waffles were pretty good! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. For the price you get quite a good serving so defs worth. Next time we’ll come back for the pizza waffles.

Absolutely delicious! I had the s’mores waffle and my girlfriend had the cheesecake waffle. The presentation is fantastic, and the waffle and topping are so yummy. We had already planned what we wanted to order for our next trip before we had even left the store! Can’t wait to try all of the flavors and coffees, I will definitely be back since this is only a few blocks away :) Very nice clean décor, all white with wood counter and stool tops. They also had a table at the back with cutlery, mason jars, and a water cooler with lemon. It’s a pretty small space, but there are tables along the wall with 3 seats each and 2 counters with stools. I can definitely see this place getting busy once word gets out, especially since it’s open until midnight!

Love this crew! Very nice and welcoming. And open until a reasonable time, so things will be safe for the late night waffle muncher! I got the California and buds over there got the Tiramisu —– CUTTO20 minutes later — – I’m on the Ol’ couch — Satisfied. The End! Eat Here!

Nosh and Nibble came here and I had a great taste of the following: Tiramisu Waffle + Ice Cream($ 9) California Waffle($ 8) The Tiramisu Waffle came with 4 mini waffles dressed in chocolate sauce, a custard-like cake, cocoa powder, brewed Ethical Bean espresso, and ice cream on the side. By description, this was a Tiramisu. The waffle was soft on the inside and crisp on the outside, so that passed my waffle-spection. It felt like a deconstructed experience though. I fantasized a waffle where I’d taste all the ingredients in one bite, as opposed to picking up some waffle here, some ice cream there, some custard cake over there, and pouring espresso over it with my other hand. If you like to play with your food though, I think this is a good way to piece together a tiramisu where the waffle replaces the lady fingers. It’s the same price as Nero’s Mocha, but it’s in East Van so it could be closer to some folks. The California Waffle was a full-sized waffle decked out with imitation crab meat, corn, and lots of mayonnaise. There was a ton of mayonnaise on there and it sort of drowned out the crab flavour. Thankfully, the corn was crunchy which left a good popping sensation. I give this one some good creativitypoints because I haven’t seen a California Roll-inspired waffle anywhere in Vancouver, but if you’re not a fan of mayo you might not like it as much. The full size waffle was good though; crispy exterior and soft interior as expected.
