We drilled through a pipe during renos and flooded our unit. Pacific West Mechanical responded to our hysterical phone call and patiently guided us through shutting off the water and minimizing damages, while at the same time sending out plumbers to deal with the flood. Despite it being the end of the workday, the plumbers arrived at our doorstep and stayed until the issue was resolved hours later. It really was the best possible ending to a very stressful situation.
