I received this as a gift from my boyfriend — what woman doesn’t love pretty underwear! When my premium subscription came, I couldn’t wait to open the sweet red & white package. The panties were good quality and the handwritten note was the icing on the cake! The customer service by phone also gave me such a nice feeling of ease and helpfulness.
I would love for them to have more men’s options — it’d be great to send some boxer briefs to my boyfriend, but the selection was a little small, and limited sizing in stock. Hopefully soon:)

I love the concept of PbyP and was a client for a couple of years. They did change sizing on me in the middle of my subscription, though; not sure how that happened, but once I brought it to their attention, it never happened again. Customer service by email is superb and I quite like the panties I received. Since I chose random styles, there are obviously going to be some that I like more than others, but overall, I was very pleased.

I love this business! I have gotten a few panty by posts and they are always so cute, playful and such a great thing to receive in the mail. It’s super easy to order, the quality is good, and the delivery time is excellent.

Bought myself a subscription as a little wintertime pick-​me-​up. Really disappointing on the quality front. On the first pair I received the waistband elastic was sewn in backwards (as in visible raw edge, and that was obviously not the style) and on the second pair the front seams have fallen apart after 3 HOURS of wear. These are certainly not the high quality European undergarments you are led to believe on the website.
The website could also use some work. Loging in essentially does nothing, it’s not like you can make changes to accounts or orders or anything.
It’s a really nice idea, but needs some work. If I had given this as a gift to someone, and they had received the quality of product I have received, I would be mortified.
Their email customer service is very good, and they helped me with getting my issues with the product resolved, but the only other option for product other than the Blush products they normally use were Change panties, which I could really just go to Change and buy.

Who doesn’t love getting a surprise in the mail?! Come on… whether it is you who set the surprise up for yourself or that special someone wanted to tell you how much they care.
Forget the chocolate, well maybe, or the flowers that die after a few days, instead GET HER PANTIES! That’s right, thong or regular whatever your preference may be.
