Ordered online and the order never arrived, we called the store and they went out of their way to ensure we got our order as soon as possible and upgraded the order as well. Not only that, the food was delicious. Great customer service.

This was a place that I would go to when I just didn’t have enough energy or money to go somewhere good or expensive. It did the trick, I lived down the street. First you would have to try and get the staffs attention in hopes that they will serve you. The veggie korma tasted like a tin can and they would serve you steaming hot food in a styrofoam container(toxic, gross, ugh) It would spill out of the crappy containers as you carried it home. Totally a crappy pizza joint. but it was cheap and you could eat it and shrug and be like this cost me $ 6.00 and I’m full who cares now I must go to bed. The only thing I liked about it was the cheap samosas, they were total crap but they were only .75 cents.(its pretty hard to screw up mashed potatoes, cumin spice, wrapped in some crap dough) NOW I think there are new owners… just when you thought the crappy pizza joint that serves curry couldn’t get any worse. It did. NOW there are never .75 cent samosas they are always out and when I did get one once they charged me 1.75 or something bonkers and it was not as good as before, they are always out of pizza slices, when you do manage to get a pizza slice its the saddest, dried out piece of crap you ever ate. I wouldn’t even pay five cents for this garbage. I havnt even bothered to order anything other then this pizza slice cause I’m actually afraid to eat here now. BEWARE. Also I’m not sure the staff can speak english, I had a hard time asking for a slice of pizza and she couldn’t figure out basic math and gave me the wrong change but I was to embarrassed for them to say anything and just left. I will never go back and I will be surprised if they make it another month. brutal.

Pizza is ok but they have great naan bread and the best chicken wings ever. Seriously. $ 7.50 for 10 wings that are massive, saucy, and fall right off the bone. Try them and you won’t regret it.

This place should be called Butter Chicken Factory! Yummmmm! So good, great naan, delicious butter chicken and definitely, as one Unilocaler suggested; get the salad on the side if you’re getting it to go! The lady at the cash is funny and friendly. This place is a little hole-in-the-wall gem. Now to try the pizza.

I’ve never had their pizza but I’ve had the butter chicken here. I did not care for butter chicken much before but since eating their butter chicken, I CAN’T STOP. Don’t bother with the salad though, it ends up being a pile of mush because it all goes in the same container. So tasty otherwise!

This is my go-to place for butter chicken. The presentation is not the greatest but it tastes AMAZING. I must have eaten it at least 50 times. Their pizza is decent, not the best, but they do have a lot of Indian options that are very tasty and not offered anywhere else nearby.

You get what you pay for. Just imagine its a thin crust pizza with with a limited amount of ingredients. If you want gourmet pizza go to Pizza Farina pr Uncle Fatihs, but if you live nearby and just need a quick bite filler then this place isn’t that bad. The owners are really nice couple nonetheless besides their ability to communicate which is a plus. The butter chicken is not that bad at all. Actually it is very tasty especially their naan bread. I would have to say the best I’ve had so far.

Don’t go for the pizza. There are much better slices to be had. But the Indian food is awesome! A huge curry and rice and salad and naan bread for $ 7! My faves are the butter chicken and palak paneer. Pass on the salad though, if you’re getting takeout. It comes in the same container as the curry and will be mushy(and likely covered in curry) by the time you get home. Be prepared to be surprised at the quality of the Indian food for a place that is supposed to be an pizza joint.

Whenever I go to my friends place and they want to order Pizza, this is the nearest place and although the delivery has been consistently timely, the Pizza is the worst I’ve ever tasted.

Ok, the place has the pizza quality of Chuck E Cheese six hours after its first out of the over. The name«Factory» indicates precision, which these pies do not have. Don’t even bother with the pizza or their world famous bread samosas with just a sliver of potato per. So, sparing myself the day old pizza that was on display before me, I went for the $ 7 butter chicken. After giving me the«1 minute» sign from the back while I was waiting for five already, a guy with a thin gold chain came to take my order. After I said I wanted butter chicken, he asked me twice«How many?» I was like… one? I got it about seven minutes later from a nice female server there. When I got it home, it really looked like some Latino soups where there’s still a portion of rice in there and visible. The ‘salad’ was part of the moat that had my butter chicken pieces. I sopped it up with buttery, previously frozen naan and didn’t mind it. It actually had decent flavour, but the presentation and storage was something to behold. As far as Fraser goes, there’s plenty of better options for pizza and Indian, but it has some weird charm and keeps you humble.

1:15pm on a Saturday. I searched«butter chicken Vancouver BC» into google and Pizza Factory popped up. I checked the address and it turns out that it was only about a 5 minute drive from my house, so that was convenient. They offered delivery and internet ordering so I ordered through safari on my iphone after I read some positive reviews on their food. I ordered: — Butter Chicken — 2x naan — 1 rice order (yes, the rice and naan are sold separately from the butter chicken, so don’t assume that it is a combo meal; if you only order the butter chicken, you will only receive a tub of butter chicken without anything else — I was smart enough to call in and ask before I placed my order) — honey garlic wings Not even a minute after I clicked«Complete Order,» I received a phone call from the business, confirming my order and the time I would like my food delivered. They estimated that the delivery would arrive at 2pm, but I was happy that they were 15 minutes early. When I got the food, it was hot and fresh. I would have to say that it was arguably the best butter chicken I have ever had, especially when the naan was dipped in it. The wings were tender, saucy and juicy, unlike some other places that make it too crispy and dry. There was a great balance of flavors between the honey and garlic. Great value for my meal as well! I would definitely recommend it for anyone in search of the items I had ordered, since that is all I can form an opinion on! Delivery service was fast too! It probably only took half an hour from the time I submitted my order online to the moment the doorbell rang.

It’s hard to go wrong with $ 8.50 for a large pepperoni pizza! I like the crispy pepperoni and the way the cheese stretches reminds me of pizza day in high school. It’s greasy and the dough is thick, but the staff are pleasant and the pizza is always fast. Are you afraid of vampires or have co-workers you don’t like? Get a beef or chicken gyro: the giant raw chunks of onion will enlarge your personal space bubble and the garlic packed tzatziki is guaranteed to be more effective against bloodsuckers than silver bullets and holy water. The«curry chicken» is too salty to recommend and the butter chicken is watery. However, the butter chicken special is passable: it comes with rice, naan, salad and will fill you up for a mere $ 7 — that’s cheaper, per calorie, than anything else on the block. Considering that you’re getting Indian food at a pizza place, it’s better than what you probably expect! Pizza Factory is perfect for hangover food, late night chow when everything else nearby is closed(to lessen that morning hangover) and overall a good value.

yes, another pizza joint, another copied name lol. Too many to keep track of… but this one opens 11am, and has wings, lasagna too so that’s a nice bonus. Their veggie pizza is pretty good, and dough not greasy. Decent amount of parking in this small plaza by Fraser.

In the same vein as what someone mentioned below, the slices here are not very appetizing. The pizzas themselves, however, are reasonably priced and not terrible, but not good either. Just say no to the chicken wings. Worst chicken wings I’ve ever tasted. Actually, these are the ONLY chicken wings I’ve ever encountered that I refused to eat and that says a lot.

I wouldn’t buy slices here, but their delivery and take out pizza is pretty good. I am enjoying the Monday night large 2-topping pickup special as I write this. Pretty sound pizza for the price($ 8.50/large). I have had the Indian food, too, but the mutter paneer was REALLY salty. Good to have in the neighbourhood.

The pizza at Pizza Factory is okay for the price. They have a lot of good 2 for 1 specials. They also sell Indian food here, but it’s not something I plan on ordering again. I will make an exception for the samosas, just make sure you don’t let them squirt that sauce on it.
