We had ordered a few vegan topped pizzas. They messed up on our delivery order twice. The final pizza delivery must have been dropped because when we opened it the pizza was in a pile in the corner of the box. The crust was soggy and in the end all the pizzas that ended up at our house were unappetizing and inedible. It was a waste of $ 45 and 2.5 hours, but at least the delivery driver was apologetic(and slightly embarrassed). It could have been a one time thing, but in the future we’ll be sticking to the good ol’ Panago storefront a few streets down.

It’s not too bad. Healthy too. They have spelt, and a rice flour version, if you are gluten aware, this might be your kind of place. It has the right idea… But why 3 stars? They just ain’t got no soul, wheat crust pizza requires more than a casual acquaintance with the motions – you have to develop that gluten, ferment the yeasts, add bit of salt because it’s not just what you do, its how badly you care about it being great. Compared to a well run commercial pizza that is shipped frozen in a box across the country, the food engineer at the factory cares about the same as these folks, but they aren’t trying to be organic and unique. If you are going to be uniquely good you have to step up your game and unfortunately it shows. Bottom line: if you are starving, this will be OK. It’s not a grease bomb, it’s cheap. But it could be something so much better if they tried.

Super slow service and I the employee was very slow and seemed annoyed we were there. But the worst part was it was very hot in the shop. We ordered a couple slices and the food itself was just ok. But the service and the temp of the store were terrible.

The concept of healthy pizza was nice but as almost healthy things it wasnt as tasty as I expected. They have a unique spicing mixture mildly hot it tastes good. The cheese was not enough and the overall taste was average. Give it a try but dont expect an extraordinary taste.

The pizza is delicious. Not very cheesy and thin crust. But service is slow. We just finished biking through Stanley Park and were hungry. Once the pizza’s arrived, it was great!

Great crust, delicious toppings. Uses organic flour for the dough. Friendly manager. Not the cheapest pizza, but way better quality than some of the«streetza» around.

Great little place, I stopped by for some pizza by the slice, though the prices are a little higher than most places, it’s very much worth it. The pizza is hot, flavourful and filling. The staff there are very courteous and inviting. 5⁄5

First let’s start with the fact that the pizza tastes like a frozen pizza(and there are actually some brands of frozen pizza that test better). I love a good thin crust on a pizza but the crust was just bland, soft, and not very good. We ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. The pepperoni were fine, but not good. The cheese was so hard that when you would bite into it you would take half the rest of the cheese with it. More cheese could have solved it, it seemed over cooked. Also a large pizza was about the size of a medium(though that might be a local thing, we just moved into town) You get two stars because the garlic wings were good(not great, not very meaty, we only got 11 of our 12). Other interesting things to note: * They don’t serve blue cheese * They don’t carry soda in sizes larger than cans * According to Unilocal they close at 9:30? You are a pizza restaurant… I ordered from here after our bad order from Pizza Hut, but now I am wishing we would have ordered from them again. We certainly will be going somewhere else next time.

Just happened to be in the neighbourhood, so stopped in for a couple of slices Had the ham and pineapple, and pepperoni It was good, but yeah. it was pizza by the slice. I think this place would be better for delivery or take out But anyway, pizza was good. just didn’t blow me away

Pizza is quite good but ordered delivery twice and each time it was cold and took over 45 minutes when we live under 10 blocks away… Would’ve picked it up myself if I hadn’t injured my knee.

Never really got off the ground with this place. We went in and joined a line of a couple of people waiting. It appears that there where 2 ppl working there. They just ignored everybody… For like 5 mins while they were making pizzas. No new orders for anyone… So we left.

Disclaimer: I still think they’re AWESOME. Only thing is… since I got diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, I have had to cut gluten out of my diet. And while RT gets kudos for making a decent medium-sized gluten free pizza(I think it’s a rice crust), they lose points because the crust was such a disappointment for me. I am a thin, crispy crust kind of girl, and their GF crust is fluffy, almost like bread. It was like having an open-faced sandwich instead of a pizza. Panago does a better job of crispy GF crust, though the aftertaste in theirs makes me a little nauseous if I eat more than two slices. Overall: if fluffy, soft crust is your thing, RT has got a great GF option. Otherwise, the search continues…

My friend and I came to Vancouver for a lovely ladies weekend and after a busy day, we were looking forward to a quiet night with some take out pizza and a couple bottles of wine. We ordered from Rebellious Tomato based on its Unilocal reviews and proximity to our hotel. You can imagine our disappointment when $ 40 later we were left with two very small, greasy and shockingly bland pizzas. Do yourself a favor… Order from Dominoes down the block. Sad as it is to say, you’ll be better off.

After 1hr and 40 mins our pizza finally showed up with burn crust and partly risen dough. Pretty sure when I called after about an hour to ask where it was they threw it in the oven and rushed it. All that for a measly $ 5 off. Wow

We stopped by here after a long walk by the waterfront from Canada Place. We decided just to grab a slice and were told they had 3 options available. We went with the pepperoni which they removed from a glass case on the front counter and heated up in the oven. The price was very reasonable at $ 6.50 for two slices, however the pizza kind of tasted like frozen grocery store budget brand. The base was very dry, the pepperoni didn’t really have a taste and being cooked once then reheated meant that the cheese was just solid. Perhaps if you order a whole pizza then it is different experience, but based upon the slice I ate I would not go back.

Awesome sauce pizza — no pun intended. Our unintended layover in Vancouver exposed us to this mind-blowing pizza. I had the self-explanatory Thai Curry Chicken and my spouse had the equally-eponymous«The Potato.» Both kicked some serious butt and blew away the artisanal pizzas we’ve recently had in Montréal. A minor quibble? The Thai Curry pizza could maybe use a bit more heat. Otherwise flawless!

Ordered the greek pizza from last week for my husband and I. What a disappointment! Horribly dry cheese-less pizza. It was awful.

This isn’t just any pizza place, luv the marketing concept and its core idea, organic ingredients! Taste shows, ordered the hawaiian and meat lovers, plenty of toppings. What’s kinda cute is its«no cut policy’ but for a reason: keeps it warmer longer, less soggy, esp. if you plan to do takeout. And the extra star is also for the eye candy window seating here by denman. ;)

Sweet baby Hey-Zeus!!! Rebellious Tomato, why-oh-why has it taken me so long to indulge in one of your ooey gooey, and oh-so-delicious pizzas? Last weekend, I stopped by their brand new location(conveniently located in my hood) on Denman Street. I tried their pepperoni pizza(on a nice, thin crust) and was transported to Pizza Narnia. You-like-a some pizza?(**said in a brutal Italian acccent**) Then come here. $ 3.50/ slice and worth every penny. I have one word for you: Mmmmmmmmmmmm
