Sandra Sung Bridal-Timeless Elegance

I checked out a few local designers before choosing Sandra to make my custom wedding dress in 2007. I chose one of her custom designs and was very happy with the end result. I’m 5 ft tall so she made certain that the scale of the dress met my measurements. She went over and beyond to make sure that the dress fit for my special day. It’s been 7 years since our wedding but felt compelled to write a review about my experience as I read the previous review for her shop which was less than stellar. I was googling her business at this time to refer her to a friend of mine for her wedding next year.

I had a custom made wedding gown by Sandra Sung in 2007. Sandra is skilled as a design professional but I think she had some seamstresses working for her who didn’t have the same attention to detail that she had. I had some problems with my fit. My size hadn’t changed a bit but they managed to sew the bodice too tight across the mid-​ribcage, loose around the waist and then too big in the bust. Exactly the opposite of what I was hoping for. I went back twice to have it altered and when I put it on at my wedding it was still too tight. I was un-​zipped every few hours through the dancing portion of the evening to breath. The dress looked beautiful on though.
Sandra has many beautiful dresses she designs which are more her stock items. I’ve heard very good things about people buying those gowns from her. This is just caution about bringing in a complicated custom design of your own.
